{"id":2780,"date":"2014-08-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-08-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/borges.es\/blog\/fruites-destiu-la-nectarina\/"},"modified":"2018-06-05T14:19:43","modified_gmt":"2018-06-05T14:19:43","slug":"fruites-destiu-la-nectarina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/blog\/fruites-destiu-la-nectarina\/","title":{"rendered":"Fruites d&#8217;estiu: la nectarina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La nectarina \u00e9s una variant gen\u00e8tica del pr\u00e9ssec, sorgida a partir del seu encreuament amb prunes. \u00c9s una de les fruites per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia de l\u2019estiu, ja que t\u00e9 un alt poder depuratiu.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests s\u00f3n alguns dels seus beneficis:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00e9 un alt contingut en aigua, per la qual cosa resulta molt refrescant per combatre les altes temperatures dels mesos m\u00e9s calorosos, i alhora ajuda els ronyons a filtrar i eliminar l\u00edquids.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s una de les fruites amb menor contingut cal\u00f2ric, id\u00f2nia per els qui segueixen una dieta de per aprimar-se o volen mantenir el seu pes.<br \/>\n&#8211; En la composici\u00f3 de les nectarines tamb\u00e9 destaca la vitamina A, que resulta essencial per a la visi\u00f3, el bon estat de la pell, el cabell, les mucoses, els ossos i per al bon funcionament del sistema immunol\u00f2gic. Tamb\u00e9 aporten altres vitamines com la C i la B3.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cont\u00e9 diversos minerals com el potassi (encarregat de regular el metabolisme corporal), el magnesi i el f\u00f2sfor.<br \/>\n&#8211; Per la seva quantitat de fibra, contribueix a regular el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal, i a m\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 pectina, per la qual cosa t\u00e9 propietats laxants.<br \/>\nLa nectarina \u00e9s una fruita c\u00f2moda de menjar i accessible a tothom. Existeixen dues varietats, la de carn blanca i la de carn groga.
