Aquesta per\u00f2, \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 que ens hauria de preocupar tots els dies de l&#8217;any.<\/p>\n<p>En el desenvolupament de la malaltia d\u2019Alzheimer hi ha un <strong>factor gen\u00e8tic determinant que no pot evitar-se<\/strong>. L\u2019envelliment \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 una de les causes principals i per tant augmenta la incid\u00e8ncia de la malaltia en poblacions amb major esperan\u00e7a de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Una recerca conclou que <strong>els nivells alts de colesterol causen deterioraci\u00f3 cognitiva<\/strong> lleu. Aquest trastorn est\u00e0 considerat com l\u2019avantsala de la dem\u00e8ncia senil i de l\u2019Alzheimer. El trastorn cognitiu lleu acaba afectant a la mem\u00f2ria, el llenguatge, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim en majors de 50 anys. Segons diverses recerques, sembla que els factors de risc cardiovasculars (tabac, alcohol, colesterol o sucre) s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 factors de riscos cerebrals.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019obesitat, segons diversos estudis, es correlaciona amb el risc d\u2019aparici\u00f3 de dem\u00e8ncies. L\u2019obesitat es valora segons l\u2019\u00cdndex de Massa Corporal (pes en Kg dividit entre l\u2019altura en metres al quadrat). <strong>L\u2019IMC \u00f2ptim se situa entre 18,5 i 25.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, caracteritzada per l\u2019abund\u00e0ncia de fruita, vegetals, fruits secs, oli d\u2019oliva i peix, i poca carn i l\u00e0ctics, podria reduir el risc de patir Alzheimer<\/strong>, segons diversos treballs. S\u2019apunta que la dieta juga un paper en aquesta reducci\u00f3, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s clar encara, quins aliments o subst\u00e0ncies resultarien claus. S\u2019ha parlat de la import\u00e0ncia dels \u00e0cids grassos del peix blau, de les vitamines I i B, dels antioxidants\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Potser no sigui un sol nutrient sin\u00f3 diversos, i tamb\u00e9 la globalitat i tipus de dieta les que actu\u00efn com a factor preventiu.
