S\u00f3n una de les seves principals fonts d&#8217;energia i molt beneficioses per a la salut. Solament cal saber triar-les adequadament.<\/p>\n<p>Necessitem energia per viure, per desenvolupar l&#8217;activitat que exigeix el dia a dia; per moure&#8217;ns, pensar, i perqu\u00e8 es duguin a terme tots els processos interns que fan que el nostre cos funcioni. Els carbohidrats (hidrats de carboni, sucres), les prote\u00efnes i els greixos s\u00f3n les tres principals fonts d&#8217;energia per a l&#8217;organisme.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2 tendim a reduir el consum de greixos en la nostra dieta, pensant que \u201cengreixen\u201d, i aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s m\u00e9s que una lectura molt esbiaixada de l&#8217;assumpte. Cert \u00e9s que l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica\/energ\u00e8tica \u00e9s major que el de les prote\u00efnes i carbohidrats (4 Kcal. per gr. davant les 9 Kcal. per gr. dels greixos). Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que els greixos es cremen m\u00e9s lentament, que la seva funci\u00f3 \u00e9s la de generar reserves d&#8217;energia, per\u00f2 com tot, en l&#8217;equilibri es troba la f\u00f3rmula. I en estar informat i saber triar, radica l&#8217;\u00e8xit de la mateixa.<\/p>\n<p>Consumir 30-40 gr. d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva al dia, no solament no \u201cengreixa\u201d sin\u00f3 que permet una aportaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica sana i complerta. Primer, perqu\u00e8 dins dels greixos, l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva pertany a la fam\u00edlia del monoinsaturats, que s\u00f3n els greixos m\u00e9s sans. I segon, perqu\u00e8 a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;energia regala a l&#8217;organisme un bon nombre de coses positives: redueix els nivells de colesterol dolent, compta amb propietats antioxidants, \u00e9s un gran aliat cardiovascular i t\u00e9 un alt contingut en Vitamina E que, a m\u00e9s, necessita dels l\u00edpids ja que \u00fanicament \u00e9s soluble en greix, quelcom que passa tamb\u00e9 amb les vitamines A, D i K.<\/p>\n<p>La proporci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia en una dieta equilibrada hem d&#8217;obtenir-la aix\u00ed: un 50-55% d&#8217;hidrats de carboni (amb menys del 10% de sucres), 15-20% de prote\u00efnes i 25-30% de greixos, dels quals s&#8217;aconsella que menys d&#8217;un 7% siguin saturades, entre un 7-10% poliinsaturades, monoinsaturades un 15% i trans menys d&#8217;un 1%. Amb les xifres a la m\u00e0 queda clara la import\u00e0ncia dels greixos, especialment dels greixos monoinsaturats, dins del repartiment de les fonts d&#8217;energia per a una dieta equilibrada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els greixos s\u00f3n indispensables per a l&#8217;organisme, per al seu bon funcionament.
