Fidel defensora de la <b>Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia<\/b>, mant\u00e9 que \u00e9s la millor pauta per aconseguir <b>una<\/b><b> p\u00e8rdua de pes sana, equilibrada, i constant<\/b>. Malgrat que els efectes visibles no s\u00f3n tan evidents des del primer moment, els estudis demostren que \u00e9s la dieta amb menor taxa d&#8217;abandonament, i que menjar de tot no est\u00e0 renyit amb aprimar, sin\u00f3 al contrari.<\/p>\n<p><b>El secret<\/b><b> est\u00e0 en les proporcions<\/b>, i en basar la dieta en un gran consum de llegum, cereals, pasta, pa o arr\u00f2s, completar-la amb fruita i verdura, i no oblidar <b>l&#8217;oli<\/b><b> d&#8217;oliva extra verge<\/b>. Ric en vitamina E, beta-carotens i \u00e0cids grassos monoinsaturats, \u00e9s una estupenda i saludable font de greix que no hem de desterrar de cap dieta. Fins i tot quan es pret\u00e9n aprimar.<\/p>\n<p>La pasta, arr\u00f2s, cereals o llegums s\u00f3n <b>un grup<\/b><b> d&#8217;aliments indispensables per la seva composici\u00f3 rica en carbohidrats<\/b>, necessaris per obtenir l&#8217;energia que mou cos i ment i, a m\u00e9s, amb un alt poder saciant. La pir\u00e0mide de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia col\u00b7loca tots aquests aliments a la base, seguits d&#8217;un altre grup que recull <b>fruits secs,<\/b><b> olives, herbes i esp\u00e8cies, llavors, all i ceba<\/b>, el consum dels quals es recomana di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<p>Marta Garaulet aconsella, per exemple, h\u00e0bits com el d&#8217;incorporar tres dies a la setmana un plat \u00fanic &#8220;de cullera&#8221;, acompanyat d&#8217;amanida i fruita (a la Cuina Mediterr\u00e0nia els \u00e0pats principals haurien d\u2019incloure tres elements b\u00e0sics: <b>cereals<\/b><b>, verdures i fruita<\/b>) . O prendre carns, peixos i ous en els sopars, com a font de prote\u00efna.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, altres h\u00e0bits de comportament, com establir <b>horaris<\/b><b> de menjar raonables, optar per menjars centralitzades o dormir almenys vuit hores di\u00e0ries<\/b>.
