Aquesta professional avisa que per millorar el rendiment no n&#8217;hi ha prou amb l&#8217;obligada dieta equilibrada i variada que haur\u00edem de prendre tots, corredors i no corredors, en el nostre dia a dia. \u00abSegons la intensitat de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, l&#8217;edat i el sexe, els requeriments nutricionals dels corredors variaran, per\u00f2 podem parlar d&#8217;una pauta gen\u00e8rica per millorar el rendiment\u00bb, comenta.<\/p>\n<p>I quina \u00e9s aquesta pauta gen\u00e8rica? \u00abNo poden faltar mai aliments que proporcionen energia: hidrats de carboni i aliments rics en calories, amb bones qualitats proteiques i alt contingut en greixos polinsaturats \/ insaturats\u00bb. Concretant: els fruits secs s\u00f3n uns bons aliats per als corredors. \u00abPinyons i ametlles s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s energ\u00e8tics\u00bb, puntualitza.<\/p>\n<p>Els hidrats de carboni complexos (pasta, arr\u00f2s, pa, patata) s\u00f3n indispensables perqu\u00e8 ens aporten energia en forma de glucosa (el nostre combustible) i aquesta mateixa fa reserva energ\u00e8tica en els nostres m\u00fasculs en forma de glucogen. \u00abEl nostre cos sempre ha de disposar de reserves energ\u00e8tiques per poder-les usar quan siguin necess\u00e0ries. No poden acabar mai perqu\u00e8 llavors entrar\u00edem en un estat de fatiga que ens faria rendir menys; per aix\u00f2 s\u00f3n tan importants els avituallaments \u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests avituallaments tamb\u00e9 formen part d&#8217;aquesta dieta amb la qual millorar el rendiment i tamb\u00e9 tenen els seus &#8216;trucs&#8217;: \u00abHan de realitzar-se abans de notar la fatiga perqu\u00e8 la recuperaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica sigui bona; en plena davallada \u00e9s dif\u00edcil la recuperaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s recomanable prendre barretes energ\u00e8tiques que barregen cereals (hidrats de carboni complexos), fruits secs i un sucre simple, com ara la mel. L&#8217;\u00fanica precauci\u00f3: cal begudes isot\u00f2niques que contenen l&#8217;additiu \u201caspartam\u201d, que fa augmentar la set \u00ab. Prenguem-ne nota&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Darrers consells sobre la dieta del corredor: \u00abEn acabar l&#8217;entrenament, a m\u00e9s de fer estiraments per prevenir lesions i tornar a beure, cal fer una correcta recuperaci\u00f3 nutricional amb aliments com els fruits secs. S\u00f3n apropiats per reposar despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un esfor\u00e7 f\u00edsic intens i durador.
