Us en\u00a0donem algunes idees:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Vichyssoise<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>La tradicional crema de porros mai falla, que es pot servir t\u00e8bia o freda. Per a 4\u00a0comensals necessitem 5 porros, una ceba, 2 patates mitjanes, 1 litre i mig de brou\u00a0d&#8217;au, 200 mil\u00b7lilitres de nata l\u00edquida, sal i Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra. Ofeguem la verdura en\u00a0Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra, afegim el brou d&#8217;au i ho deixem coure a foc lent durant 35\u00a0minuts. Ho passem per la batedora. Corregim de sal, hi afegim la nata i ho barregem\u00a0b\u00e9. A l&#8217;hora de servir es corona amb una mica de cibulet picat. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cues de llagost\u00ed en salsa fina de conyac<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>Un gir als llagostins cuits amb salsa rosa. Feu una beixamel i, quan estigui ben lligada,\u00a0afegiu-hi una mica de concentrat de tom\u00e0quet i una copeta de conyac. Moveu-ho b\u00e9 i\u00a0deixeu que es cremi l&#8217;alcohol. Salpebreu-ho al gust i deixeu-ho refredar. Com a\u00a0suggeriment de presentaci\u00f3, podeu disposar la salsa en gotets i a sobre les cues\u00a0pelades de llagost\u00ed, posades sobre la vora del gotet. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cassoletes de brandada<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>La brandada de bacall\u00e0 \u00e9s un recurs gastron\u00f2mic senzill i saludable que serveix per\u00a0omplir des de cassoletes de pasta brisa a volovans de pasta fullada, a saquets de\u00a0pasta brick. La preparem confitant el bacall\u00e0 dessalat en Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra amb\u00a0un parell de caienes i un gra d&#8217;all. Un cop enllestit, s&#8217;escorre (reservem l&#8217;oli),\u00a0esmicolem i ho barregem amb una patata petita cuita (una patata per cada 200 grams\u00a0de bacall\u00e0). Hi afegim una mica de llet i ho barregem altre cop. Despr\u00e9s, una mica de\u00a0l&#8217;oli reservat i seguim barrejant. Continuem afegint oli a poc a poc fins que aconseguim\u00a0la textura desitjada i ho rematem amb una miqueta de pebre m\u00f2lt al final. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Musclos amb crema de curri<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>Uns simples musclos al vapor poden convertir-se en una proposta original i amb un toc\u00a0ex\u00f2tic. Es poden servir amb la seva closca amb la salsa damunt, sense closca sobre\u00a0culleretes de degustaci\u00f3, o b\u00e9 en cassoletes on en posarem uns quants. Per a la\u00a0salsa, ofeguem una ceba tendra en Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra; hi afegim un got de vi\u00a0blanc i apugem el foc perqu\u00e8 evapori l&#8217;alcohol. Incorporem una culleradeta de curri i\u00a0200 ml de llet evaporada o llet de coco. Ho remenem b\u00e9 i ho deixem cuinar a foc lent\u00a0uns minuts.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pat\u00e9 de nous i xampinyons<\/strong> <br \/><\/span>Una alternativa vegetal (salvant molt les dist\u00e0ncies) a l&#8217;omnipresent foie gras, que\u00a0prepararem amb una ceba, un gra d&#8217;all, 300 grams de xampinyons naturals, 150 grams\u00a0de nous, Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra, sal i pebre. Sofregim la ceba i els alls en l&#8217;oli, i\u00a0despr\u00e9s hi afegim els xampinyons. Salpebrem. Ho enretirem i ho passem tot per la\u00a0batedora. Hi incorporem les nous i les tornem a picar b\u00e9, per aconseguir una textura\u00a0cremosa i homog\u00e8nia.
