Dit aix\u00f2, a cuinar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Farfalle amb alvocat i salm\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;alvocat i el salm\u00f3 s\u00f3n productes rics en \u00e0cids grassos omega-3, en vitamines i\u00a0minerals com el magnesi, el potassi i el zinc. Energia saludable que en aquesta\u00a0recepta combinem amb farfalle; pasta que courem en aigua i sal, i que aromatitzarem\u00a0amb un rajolinet d&#8217;oli de pell de llimona un cop escorreguda.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporem l&#8217;alvocat fresc i trossejat. I el salm\u00f3 el podem utilitzar tant fumat com fresc,\u00a0dep\u00e8n de si preferim una versi\u00f3 freda o t\u00e8bia del plat. En aquest cas trossegem la\u00a0pe\u00e7a de salm\u00f3 en daus i la saltegem a la paella amb sal i una miqueta de coriandre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penne amb verdures al forn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta podem triar les verdures que m\u00e9s ens agradin: esp\u00e0rrecs verds,\u00a0carbass\u00f3, alberg\u00ednia, pastanaga\u2026 Les rentem b\u00e9, trossegem i les disposem en una\u00a0safata de forn al costat d&#8217;un parell de tom\u00e0quets frescos. Salpebrem, ruixem amb un\u00a0rajolinet d&#8217;Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra i ho posem al forn a 200\u00ba uns 25 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Recorda\u2019t\u00a0d\u2019anar movent la verdura de tant en tant.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, coem els penne en for\u00e7a aigua amb sal. Els escorrem i els saltegem un\u00a0parell de minuts a la paella amb una miqueta d&#8217;Oli arom\u00e0tic de bitxo i cardamom. Un\u00a0cop saltejats, els servim amb les verdures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Espaguetis amb llagostins a la soja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pelem i tallem ceba en trossos m\u00e9s o menys grans. Rentem i reservem les puntes d&#8217;un\u00a0manyoc d&#8217;esp\u00e0rrecs verds. Ho incorporem tot a un wok o paella, pr\u00e8viament greixada\u00a0amb Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra, amb els llagostins frescos pelats. Quan ja estigui gaireb\u00e9\u00a0llest, afegim la salsa de soja i ho movem un parell de minuts.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el moment d&#8217;incorporar els espaguetis, pr\u00e8viament cuits i ben escorreguts, perqu\u00e8\u00a0agafin tot el sabor i l&#8217;aroma del saltejat.
