Per\u00a0exemple, llavors de xia, civada, pl\u00e0tan, a\u00e7a\u00ed o fruita seca, que no es col\u00b7loquen\u00a0a l&#8217;atzar, sin\u00f3 al contrari, formant un mosaic de colors ben bonic. Fes un vol per\u00a0la xarxa i ja ho veur\u00e0s.<\/p>\n<p>De moment, te\u2019n donem m\u00e9s idees:<br \/>\n <\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>De fruites vermelles amb ametlles<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p> Prepara un smoothie de textura densa (es pren amb cullera) a base de pl\u00e0tan,\u00a0gerds i nabius congelats, mitja tassa de llet, d\u00e0tils i flocs de civada. Pots\u00a0incorporar-hi unes llavors de xia tamb\u00e9. Les ametlles naturals les reservem com\u00a0a topping, que pots combinar amb flocs de civada, gerds i fruita fresca. <\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>D&#8217;espinacs i alvocat amb llavors de gira-sol<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Prepara un smoothie verd amb mig alvocat, 400 grams d&#8217;espinacs, mig pl\u00e0tan\u00a0congelat, una tassa de llet d&#8217;ametlla i una culleradeta de mel. Incorpora-hi uns\u00a0gla\u00e7ons a l&#8217;hora de batre-ho.
