Per\u00f2 ara ens toca posar-nos en mode vegetari\u00e0 per\u00a0demostrar-te que una pasta pot ser tamb\u00e9 una alternativa excel\u00b7lent m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de\u00a0bolonyeses i carbonares. Ho mirem?<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Amb alberg\u00ednia i cacauet<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Necessitarem 1 alberg\u00ednia gran, 4 tom\u00e0quets pelats, 1 ceba, un grapat petit de\u00a0cacauets, 2 alls picats, sal, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i alf\u00e0brega fresca.<\/p>\n<p>Fregim les\u00a0alberg\u00ednies en daus i reservem. Sofregim la ceba i hi incorporem l&#8217;all, els tom\u00e0quets,\u00a0l&#8217;alf\u00e0brega picada i la sal, fins que la salsa est\u00e0 llesta. Molem els cacauets i els afegim.\u00a0Hi incorporem la pasta cuita i ben escorreguda.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Amb carxofes i nous<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Els ingredients aquesta vegada s\u00f3n 5 carxofes fresques, 2 cebes tendres, 3\u00a0pastanagues, 70 g de nous, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, pebre, sal i el suc de mitja llimona.<\/p>\n<p>Rentem i tallem les carxofes, i les submergim en aigua amb el suc de llimona. Rentem\u00a0i trossegem la resta de la verdura, la saltegem i reservem. Escorrem b\u00e9 les carxofes i\u00a0les saltegem tamb\u00e9 en oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra. Hi incorporem de nou la verdura\u00a0reservada i salpebrem. Un cop l\u2019hem barrejat amb la pasta, hi incorporem les nous en\u00a0el moment de servir.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">De carbassa i tofu<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Aquesta recepta requereix 200 g de carabassa, 200 g de tofu, 1 porro, 2 tom\u00e0quets, 5\u00a0avellanes, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, sal i coriandre.<\/p>\n<p>Ofeguem el porro tallat molt fi. Hi\u00a0incorporem la carbassa a dauets i, un cop daurada, el tofu, tamb\u00e9 tallat a dauets.\u00a0Tindrem llesta la pasta cuita i la salsa, que es prepara a la batedora amb els\u00a0tom\u00e0quets pelats, el coriandre, les avellanes i una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.\u00a0S&#8217;incorpora la pasta a la carbassa i el tofu.
