Doncs imagina\u2019t fer-ho amb tots alhora. I no nom\u00e9s aquests, sin\u00f3 tots els que tinguin origen animal. Benvingut al m\u00f3n veg\u00e0. T\u2019hi atreveixes?<\/p>\n<p>Doncs apunta. Ser veg\u00e0 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de dieta, sin\u00f3 un aut\u00e8ntic estil de vida que afecta altres temes, com la manera de vestir-te, de rentar-te o de posar-te guapa a base de <em>rouge<\/em> de llavis. Una alternativa integral al consum, \u00fas i depend\u00e8ncia de productes derivats d\u2019animals.<\/p>\n<p>En q\u00fcestions de taula: <strong>gens de carn, gens de peix, zero lactis, ous o mel<\/strong>. Perqu\u00e8 ser veg\u00e0 no t\u00e9 punts intermedis, com ovovegetari\u00e0 (vegetari\u00e0 que no pren ous per\u00f2 llet s\u00ed) o lactovegetari\u00e0 (el contrari), per\u00f2 s\u00ed que es pot ser crudiveg\u00e0, un corrent que segueixen els vegans que nom\u00e9s s\u2019alimenten d\u2019aliments crus.<\/p>\n<p>Per alguns \u00e9s una actitud restrictiva, per altres una alternativa \u00e8tica, per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s important per un veg\u00e0 \u00e9s no perdre de vista les demandes nutricionals que el cos demana per al seu bon funcionament. Cal <strong>cobrir les necessitats de calci que no s\u2019obtindran de la llet o els greixos insaturats que no arribaran del peix blau<\/strong>. I evidentment, fer servir la imaginaci\u00f3 per fer-se amb un receptari de cap\u00e7alera variat, divertit i que et satisfaci no nom\u00e9s nutricionalment, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 gustativament. Vaja, que no acabis llen\u00e7ant-te a un entrecot per no haver trobat alternativa al plat de quinoa mal acompanyat. Perqu\u00e8 la carrera en el veganisme no sigui tan trista com curta cal amanir-la amb gr\u00e0cia i creativitat.<\/p>\n<p>Som al 2016, i de pas, d\u2019enhorabona. Actualment hi ha un munt d\u2019alternatives interessants al mercat que ens permeten dur una dieta vegana sense que hagi de ser necess\u00e0riament avorrida o poc saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatives com les que ofereix l\u2019ampli (i tot sovint desconegut) m\u00f3n dels <strong>cereals<\/strong>. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la <u><a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/tres-recetas-pasta-vegetarianos\/\" target=\"_blank\">pasta<\/a><\/u> o l\u2019arr\u00f2s, el ventall \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que suggerent: s\u00e8gol, quinoa, sorgo, espelta, bulgur, civada&#8230; bases per elaborar pans ben saborosos i plats combinats amb verdures fresques.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s alternatives? Els <strong>llegums<\/strong>, que aporten prote\u00efna de car\u00e0cter vegetal, hidrats de carboni, fibra, minerals i vitamines; la <strong>fruita<\/strong>, rica en fibra, vitamines i amb propietats antioxidants; i la <strong>fruita seca<\/strong>, una saludable c\u00e0rrega energ\u00e8tica i una font estupenda de greixos saludables. Desperta les idees fent un cop d\u2019ull a aquest <u><a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/aperitivos-aceite-de-oliva-y-frutos-secos\/\" target=\"_blank\">humus de festucs<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>La llet de vaca, per exemple, es pot substituir per altres <strong>begudes vegetals<\/strong>, com la d\u2019ametlles, d\u2019arr\u00f2s o de soja (revisa aquest <u><a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/bechamel-alternativa\/\" target=\"_blank\">article<\/a><\/u> sobre beixamels alternatives). I la carn, per productes com el <strong>tofu<\/strong>, el <strong>seitan<\/strong> i el <strong>tempeh<\/strong>, que es poden cuinar de mil maneres: saltejats, arrebossats, en sopa&#8230; Amb <strong>soja texturitzada<\/strong>, espinacs o llenties es poden preparar, per exemple, hamburgueses o mandonguilles, i amb cigrons un magn\u00edfic falafel.<\/p>\n<p>Per un <strong>esmorzar ple de nutrients<\/strong>, el millor ser\u00e0 unir-se a la tend\u00e8ncia dels <em><u><a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/smoothie-bowls-amb-fruita-seca-2-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">smothie bowls<\/a><\/u><\/em>, amb fruita fresca i dessecada, cereals i llavors tan aconsellables com les de xia, gira-sol, fins i tot verdures! Com el kale, m\u00e9s ric en calci per caloria que la llet, i m\u00e9s ric en ferro per caloria que la carn de vaca, amb el qual es poden preparar receptes com <u><a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/post-kale-com-podem-preparar-aquest-superaliment-moda\/\" target=\"_blank\">aquestes<\/a><\/u>.
