Alegra-la aromatitzant-la, per\u00a0exemple, afegint-hi trossos de mango i de pinya; unes quantes maduixes i\u00a0algunes fulles de menta, o cogombre i llimona: la fruita i la verdura s\u00f3n aliments\u00a0que hidraten. D\u2019altra banda, mira d\u2019evitar els refrescos carbonatats i les\u00a0begudes ensucrades.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>No pensis m\u00e9s a eliminar aliments<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No ens cansarem de dir que la clau de volta d\u2019una dieta saludable \u00e9s la\u00a0varietat. Eliminar els hidrats, els greixos, parar boig amb el gluten (sempre i\u00a0quan no s\u2019hi tingui intoler\u00e0ncia, naturalment), amb la carn o amb els l\u00e0ctics no\u00a0\u00e9s anar pel bon cam\u00ed. Menja de tot, per\u00f2 amb moderaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Amb moderaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per damunt de tot, cal menjar amb moderaci\u00f3 els aliments com la carn vermella\u00a0(\u00e9s millor que optis per la carn blanca, com ara la de pollastre o la de gall d\u2019indi)\u00a0o la sal (les vinagretes i les esp\u00e8cies s\u00f3n m\u00e9s aconsellables). I elimina en la\u00a0mesura del possible els greixos saturats a favor dels greixos insaturats, que\u00a0trobar\u00e0s en els fruits secs, el peix blau o l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Fibra! Deliciosa i nutritiva fibra<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La fibra \u00e9s imprescindible per a un bon funcionament de l\u2019aparell digestiu, ja\u00a0que tot cereal integral sempre t\u00e9 un valor nutricional m\u00e9s alt pel fet que mant\u00e9\u00a0el gra sencer, amb el germen i el salvat. Els pans, les pastes o els arrossos en\u00a0versi\u00f3 integral sempre seran un encert. Tamb\u00e9 tenen fibra la fruita fresca, la\u00a0dessecada: prunes, panses, etc., o les verdures: la carxofa i els esp\u00e0rrecs,\u00a0entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">M\u00e9s forn, menys fregit<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si volem dur a terme una rutina saludable, \u00e9s tan important entendre el perqu\u00e8\u00a0dels aliments que hem de menjar com utilitzar unes t\u00e8cniques de cuina que no\u00a0facin anar en orris la rutina que volem dur. A la planxa, saltats i ofegats amb\u00a0una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, bullits o al vapor, totes aquestes opcions s\u00f3n millors que\u00a0no pas fregits.
