Amb una batedora i un congelador en tens prou i de sobres per\u00a0aconseguir fer gelats cremosos que agradaran a tota la fam\u00edlia. Tot seguit compartim\u00a0unes quantes receptes senzilles que es poden complementar amb un munt de sabors i\u00a0guarnicions: des de fruita fresca fins a cremes bals\u00e0miques, passant per panses o\u00a0avellanes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Gelat r\u00e0pid de nata<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El gelat de nata \u00e9s la base m\u00e9s senzilla i vers\u00e0til que hi ha. Necessitar\u00e0s: 500 ml de\u00a0nata l\u00edquida per muntar i 250 ml de llet condensada. Primer has de batre la nata fins\u00a0que assoleixi una textura densa, despr\u00e9s aboques la llet condensada en un bol i hi vas\u00a0afegint la nata molt a poc a poc. Ho barreges b\u00e9 fins que quedi ben lligat i tot seguit\u00a0poses aquesta barreja en un motlle, n\u2019aplanes la superf\u00edcie, la cobreixes amb paper\u00a0film i la poses dins del congelador. Al cap d\u2019una hora, la remenes i deixes que continu\u00ef\u00a0el proc\u00e9s de congelaci\u00f3. No gaires hores m\u00e9s tard el gelat ja estar\u00e0 llest. Tal qual \u00e9s\u00a0bon\u00edssim, per\u00f2, si el vols animar, el pots servir acompanyat amb maduixes, panses,\u00a0crema bals\u00e0mica de gerds o de mango, per exemple.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Gelat de pl\u00e0tan i ratlladura de xocolata<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En aquest cas prepararem el gelat just en el moment de servir-lo. Si el poses al\u00a0congelador no quedar\u00e0 crem\u00f3s i si el fas abans es desfar\u00e0. La part bona? Tindrem un\u00a0gelat fet en cinc minuts sense necessitat d\u2019esperar que es congeli. El truc \u00e9s tenir una\u00a0reserva de rodanxes de pl\u00e0tan congelades: n\u2019hi ha prou amb triturar-les b\u00e9 amb la\u00a0batedora, afegir-hi una mica de llet si vols que tingui una textura un xic\u00a0m\u00e9s cremosa\u00a0i, a l\u2019hora de servir-lo, ratllar-hi una mica de xocolata com a guarnici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Gelat de iogurt i maduixes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Rentem i triturem 300 g de maduixes; despr\u00e9s les barregem amb dos iogurts naturals\u00a0cremosos i mel al gust, i tot seguit aboquem aquesta barreja en un motlle, la tapem amb\u00a0paper film i cap al congelador. L\u2019has de remenar cada 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 no es\u00a0cristal\u00b7litzi.
