Temps enrere ja us vam deixar\u00a0aquestes <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/tres-  receptes-pasta- per-vegetarians\/\">tres receptes de pasta amb verdures<\/a>, delicioses i veganes, i ara ens ha vingut el\u00a0rampell d\u2019obrir el forn i posar-nos a fer plats gratinats. Us ve de gust saber qu\u00e8\u00a0n\u2019ha sortit? Estigueu atents\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Penne amb xampinyons i tom\u00e0quet sec<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per preparar aquesta recepta necessitem 500 g de penne, uns 250 g de\u00a0tom\u00e0quets secs confitats amb oli, dos grans d\u2019all, un grapat de pinyons, oli\u00a0d\u2019oliva verge extra, mitja ceba, 250 g de xampinyons frescos, 100 ml de brou de\u00a0verdures i 200 ml de llet evaporada, beixamel o nata l\u00edquida.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc, fem una mena de pasta, a la batedora, amb els tom\u00e0quetsm\u00a0escorreguts, els pinyons, els grans d\u2019all i una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra. Ho\u00a0salpebrem al gust i ho reservem. Per un altre cant\u00f3, saltem la ceba picada i els\u00a0xampinyons laminats. Quan siguin a punt, hi afegim el brou de verdures i la\u00a0pasta de tom\u00e0quets secs i ho remenem b\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En una plata posem la pasta, que ja haurem cuit, ben escorreguda. Com que\u00a0dins del forn es cour\u00e0 una estona m\u00e9s, conv\u00e9 que estigui al dente. Damunt de\u00a0la pasta escampem els xampinyons amb la salsa de tom\u00e0quet sec. I, per\u00a0acabar, una capa fina de llet evaporada, beixamel lleugera o nata l\u00edquida. Una\u00a0mica de pebre i cap a deu minuts al forn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Fusilli amb formatge gratinat<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una recepta senzilla en qu\u00e8 podem fer servir la verdura que m\u00e9s ens agradi i\u00a0amb la qual els amants del formatge (fins i tot en la seva versi\u00f3 vegana)\u00a0gaudiran. Omplim una safata de forn amb verdures de tota classe: carbass\u00f3\u00a0tallat en rodanxes, porro, ceba, carbassa, pebrots, pastanaga, tres o quatre\u00a0tom\u00e0quets madurs, etc. Aquesta selecci\u00f3 mateixa \u00e9s ben bona. Ho salpebrem,\u00a0hi posem oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i cap al forn.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Un cop tinguem les verdures llestes, les triturem fins aconseguir una salsa i ho\u00a0corregim de sal, si cal. Si t\u2019ho estimes m\u00e9s, pots reservar unes quantes\u00a0verdures sense triturar, o b\u00e9 fer que la salsa no arribin a tenir una textura\u00a0massa fina. Al teu gust.\u00a0Barregem la salsa amb la pasta, posem la barreja en una plata i la cobrim b\u00e9\u00a0amb formatge rallat. La deixem uns quants minuts al forn i ja ho tindrem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Farfalle de verdures amb salsa de pastanaga<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per als qui s\u2019estimin m\u00e9s evitar els derivats d\u2019origen animal, proposem un\u00a0gratinat que no du ni formatge, ni nata, ni beixamel; du pa rallat. Per preparar-lo\u00a0necessitem mig br\u00f2quil, cirerols (o tom\u00e0quets cherry), mig quilo de\u00a0pastanagues, pa rallat, nou moscada, dos grans d\u2019all, 200 ml de llet d\u2019ametlles i\u00a0oli d\u2019oliva verge extra.\u00a0Coem les pastanagues amb aigua i sal uns 20 minuts fins que siguin ben\u00a0tovetes. Les escorrem i les passem per la batedora. Hi afegim la llet d\u2019ametlles i\u00a0la nou moscada, al gust. <\/p>\n<p>Per una altra banda, coem el br\u00f2quil en rams petits uns cinc\u00a0minuts i acabem de cuinar-lo a la paella, amb els grans d\u2019all i oli d\u2019oliva verge\u00a0extra. Hi afegim els cirerols, tomba i tomba i els traiem del foc.\u00a0Escampem la pasta en una plata, hi afegim el br\u00f2quil amb els tom\u00e0quets i ho\u00a0barregem. Per acabar, hi afegim la salsa de pastanaga i cobrim tota la\u00a0superf\u00edcie amb pa ratllat perqu\u00e8 s\u2019hi faci una crosta.
