Fes-te un\u00a0regal sense tenir remordiments, anima\u2019t, amb aquestes tres receptes de\u00a0rebosteria engrescar\u00e0s petits i grans.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Brownie de d\u00e0tils<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta necessitar\u00e0s 50 g de cacau en pols, 600 g de nous, 600\u00a0g de d\u00e0tils sense pinyol, una cullerada d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, un pessic de sal\u00a0i mitja culleradeta d\u2019ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla. Abans que res, esmicola b\u00e9 els d\u00e0tils\u00a0amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un processador d\u2019aliments i les nous, tamb\u00e9, per\u00f2 a m\u00e0, de\u00a0manera que en quedin trossos petits. <\/p>\n<p>Ara agafa un recipient, posa-hi els d\u00e0tils,\u00a0les nous i la resta dels ingredients, i barreja-ho tot b\u00e9 fins a fer-ne una massa\u00a0uniforme. Aboca-la en un motlle i anivella\u2019n la superf\u00edcie amb una esp\u00e0tula.\u00a0Corona-ho amb encenalls de xocolata i reserva-ho a la nevera durant una hora.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Muffins de poma<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Els ingredients: 150 g de flocs de civada, 160 g de farina de rebosteria, 3\/4\u00a0d\u2019una cullerada petita de bicarbonat, una cullerada petita de llevat, una\u00a0cullerada petita de canyella, una tassa i mitja de compota de poma, 125 ml de\u00a0llet, 3 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, 100 g de xarop d\u2019atzavara i un ou.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mentre el forn s\u2019escalfa (200 \u00baC), barreja la farina, el llevat, els flocs de civada,\u00a0el bicarbonat i la canyella en un recipient i en un altre, la llet, l\u2019ou, la compota de\u00a0poma, l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i el xarop d\u2019atzavara, barrejats i ben batuts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Afegeix la part l\u00edquida a la s\u00f2lida i remena-ho b\u00e9, sense batre-ho, fins que sigui\u00a0una massa homog\u00e8nia. Reparteix la massa en els motlles de magdalena i\u00a0empolvora-la amb uns quants flocs de civada a manera de decoraci\u00f3. Enforna-\u00a0ho, vint minuts, si fa no fa, i a punt!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Galetes de pl\u00e0tan i coco<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per fer aquestes galetes necessitar\u00e0s 180 g de farina de blat integral, mitja\u00a0cullerada de llevat, 1\/4 de cullerada de bicarbonat, 4 cullerades de flocs de\u00a0civada, un pessic de sal, 100 g de sucre moreno, un pl\u00e0tan gran, 30 ml d\u2019oli\u00a0d\u2019oliva verge extra i ratlladura de coco. En un recipient, barreja la farina, els\u00a0flocs de civada, la sal, el llevat i el bicarbonat, i en un altre tritura el pl\u00e0tan amb\u00a0la batedora i afegeix-hi el sucre moreno i l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra. <\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3,\u00a0mescla una barreja amb l\u2019altra i remena-ho b\u00e9 amb una cullera de fusta fins a\u00a0fer-ne una massa densa. Tapa-ho amb paper film i deixa-ho reposar a la\u00a0nevera, pel cap baix durant mitja hora. Mentre el forn s\u2019escalfa a 170 \u00baC,\u00a0cobreix una safata amb paper vegetal, fes boles de massa, posa-les amb\u00a0compte damunt del paper vegetal que cobreix la safata i aixafa-les amb el\u00a0palmell. Ep!, deixa prou dist\u00e0ncia entre les boles perqu\u00e8 no es facin nosa les\u00a0unes a les altres. Empolvora-les amb ratlladura de coco i enforna-les.
