La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s el tipus d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s ben valorada a nivell\u00a0mundial. Tant, que la UNESCO l\u2019ha declarat Patrimoni Immaterial de la Humanitat. Tot i\u00a0aix\u00ed, els pa\u00efsos mediterranis l\u2019estan abandonant, trencant amb unes tradicions molt\u00a0arrelades a l\u2019\u00e8poca dels nostres avis, com cuinar amb productes de temporada cada\u00a0dia, planificant el que es menjava i tots al voltant d\u2019una taula.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, la Fundaci\u00f3 Internacional de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia (IEMeD) est\u00e0\u00a0tractant de revaloritzar-la amb iniciatives com una nova pir\u00e0mide nutricional. La\u00a0principal novetat respecte les versions anteriors s\u00f3n els pictogrames que representen\u00a0com dur una alimentaci\u00f3 amb criteris sostenibles. Consells com consumir productes\u00a0locals de temporada, escollir m\u00e8todes de producci\u00f3 respectuosos amb el medi\u00a0ambient, conservar les receptes tradicionals i compartir taula en un ambient social i\u00a0familiar.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esport tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un h\u00e0bit de vida saludable que no s\u2019ha de perdre perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 enormes\u00a0beneficis tant per a la nostra salut f\u00edsica com ps\u00edquica. Als pa\u00efsos del nord d\u2019Europa, el\u00a080% de la poblaci\u00f3 \u00e9s f\u00edsicament activa, mentre que al sud, amb un clima m\u00e9s ben\u00e8vol,\u00a0la xifra no arriba al 40%.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa als aliments, a la base de la pir\u00e0mide s\u2019hi troba el consum d\u2019aigua, que ha de\u00a0ser de sis gots al dia, incloent infusions d\u2019herbes i caf\u00e8. Al seg\u00fcent esgla\u00f3 s\u2019hi\u00a0representen els productes que han de formar part dels dos \u00e0pats principals del dia: oli\u00a0d\u2019oliva, fruites, verdures (amb varietat de colors) i hidrats de carboni com pa, pasta i\u00a0arr\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<p>Es recomana ingerir entre una i dues racions al dia de fruits secs, llavors, olives, alls,\u00a0cebes i esp\u00e8cies per condimentar. Els derivats l\u00e0ctics tamb\u00e9 formen part d\u2019aquest\u00a0esgla\u00f3. El consum de llegums ha augmentat respecte la versi\u00f3 anterior de la pir\u00e0mide i\u00a0ara es recomanen un m\u00ednim de dos cops a la setmana.<\/p>\n<p>La carn blanca, el peix i el marisc han de formar part de la dieta amb dues racions\u00a0setmanals. No \u00e9s el cas de la carn vermella i les carns processades, que han de ser\u00a0consumides en una quantitat molt menor. Al cim de la pir\u00e0mide s\u2019hi situen els dol\u00e7os\u00a0(gelats, pastissos, caramels&#8230;), que l\u2019IEMeD recomana menjar de manera molt\u00a0espor\u00e0dica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9s curi\u00f3s.
