Si apliques aquesta regla, veur\u00e0s que les possibilitats s\u00f3n infinites, i en el cas de la pasta encara m\u00e9s si no et limites a pensar nom\u00e9s en receptes en qu\u00e8 aquest producte sigui precisament el protagonista.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e8 et semblarien uns fusilli com a guarnici\u00f3 d\u2019unes mandonguilles casolanes o acompanyar amb uns parpadelle al pesto un tall de pit de pollastre farcit? Et donem unes quantes idees per convertir la pasta en un delici\u00f3s acompanyament.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Mandonguilles casolanes en salsa amb fusilli <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En mat\u00e8ria de mandonguilles, tots tenim una f\u00f3rmula familiar que passa de generaci\u00f3 en generaci\u00f3, oi? Llavors apunta: 500 g de carn picada, un ou, molla de pa, llet, sal i farina. Suca la molla de pa a la llet i barreja-la amb la carn i l\u2019ou. Assaona-ho al teu gust i deixa-ho reposar. Fes-ne boletes amb les mans, passa-les per la farina i fregeix-les amb oli d\u2019oliva. Ara reserva-les, \u00e9s hora d\u2019atacar la salsa. <\/p>\n<p>Per fer-la has de coure a foc lent les verdures que et vingui de gust (la nostra recomanaci\u00f3: ceba i pastanaga) i rematar-les amb una cocci\u00f3 amb vi blanc (amb mig got n\u2019hi ha prou). Un cop s\u00f3n llestes, les tritures fins a fer-ne una salsa, hi afegeixes les mandonguilles, ho cobreixes amb una mica d\u2019aigua i ho poses a coure a foc lent. Corregim la sal, si \u00e9s necessari. <\/p>\n<p>La nostra recomanaci\u00f3 \u00e9s acompanyar aquestes mandonguilles amb uns fusilli cuits, ben escorreguts i regats amb un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva. Ja veur\u00e0s que gustosos queden amb la sala de verdures.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pits de pollastre farcits acompanyats de parpadelle al pesto<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fem una incisi\u00f3, amb un ganivet de fulla llisa ben esmolat, al llarg dels pits de pollastre, nom\u00e9s per un cant\u00f3 (\u00e9s a dir, no els hem de dividir en dues parts separades, es tracta d\u2019obrir-los com si fossin un llibre). Els salpebrem i els daurem, per totes dues bandes, amb oli d\u2019oliva. Per al farcit, proposem uns quants esp\u00e0rrecs de marge, que ja haurem saltat abans, i una mica de formatge tendre; pots substituir els esp\u00e0rrecs per carbass\u00f3, espinacs, col ploma (o <em>kale<\/em>)\u2026 A gust del cuiner. <\/p>\n<p>Un cop farcits, els tanquem amb escuradents i els acabem de fer al forn. Revisa aquest truc sobre <u><a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/pit-pollastre-ben-sucos\/\" target=\"_blank\">com fer que els pits de pollastre quedin sempre sucosos<\/a><\/u> i recorda, amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019aquesta <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/lenguado-con-nueces-y-pesto\/\" target=\"_blank\"><u>recepta<\/u><\/a>, com es prepara el pesto. A l\u2019hora de servir-ho, posa un pit de pollastre a cada plat, treu-los els escuradents, acompanya\u2019l d\u2019una raci\u00f3 de parpadelle i corona la pasta amb salsa pesto.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Broquetes marinades amb macarrons i cirerols<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En aquest apunt sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/receptes-barbacoa\/\" target=\"_blank\"><u>receptes per triomfar en una barbacoa<\/u><\/a> et vam donar unes quantes idees per marinar carns, tant blanques com vermelles. Una nota arom\u00e0tica i un extra de sucul\u00e8ncia per als qual, cal dir-ho, necessitar\u00e0s una mica de temps i previsi\u00f3.
