O per exemple quan t\u2019acabes de llevar al mat\u00ed i t\u2019estimes m\u00e9s fer la sessi\u00f3 abans d\u2019esmorzar. En qualsevol cas, has d\u2019incloure algun producte que tingui prote\u00efnes, una mica de greix i uns quants carbohidrats. I en aquest sentit no hi ha res com els fruits secs.<\/p>\n<p>Molts esportistes fugen d\u2019aquests aliments perqu\u00e8 pensen que aporten moltes calories, si b\u00e9, de fet, tenen el poder de sadollar i ens donen energia, que contribueix a fer que no ens cansem abans d\u2019hora. Els fruits secs, i en especial les nous, s\u00f3n rics en greixos saludables omega 3, que augmenten la for\u00e7a i el rendiment durant un exercici aer\u00f2bic.
