Si \u00e9s aix\u00ed, no t\u2019amo\u00efnis, nom\u00e9s cal que posis un xic d\u2019imaginaci\u00f3 al plat i que portis un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 les receptes m\u00e9s habituals. Et donem unes quantes idees perqu\u00e8 posis en pr\u00e0ctica la nova t\u00e0ctica d\u2019atac. Endavant!<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Amb arrebossat de coco<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s que donis un toc especial a l\u2019arrebossat de sempre aconseguir\u00e0s nous sabors que segur que sorprenen i agraden a la fam\u00edlia. Pots fer servir qualsevol peix que de costum arrebossis, com ara els daus de llu\u00e7, el ca\u00e7\u00f3 o els filets de perca. Abans que res, asseca el peix amb paper de cuina i el sala\u2019l. Tot seguit l\u2019enfarines, el suques en ou i el cobreixes amb coco ratllat. I per acabar, el fregeixes amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra ben calent. Quan sigui daurat, el retires del foc.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Amb salsa de c\u00edtrics<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Una idea perfecta per a peixos grassos, com ara el salm\u00f3, ja que els c\u00edtrics hi aportaran un equilibri excel\u00b7lent i, a m\u00e9s, suavitzaran el sabor intens del peix blau. Per a mig quilo de peix, necessitar\u00e0s cap a tres taronges, una llima (o una llimona o un pomelo), una cullerada de sucre i julivert fresc. Esprem la fruita i escalfa-la al foc amb la cullerada de sucre. Un cop s\u2019hagi dissolt, afegeix-hi el julivert fresc ben picat. Posa oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i farina en una paella gran. Remena-ho al foc i afegeix-hi el suc calent. Sense deixar de remenar-ho, deixa que es cogui durant uns tres minuts. A part, sala el peix i marca\u2019l en una paella i, per acabar, posa\u2019l a la salsa, quan aquesta ja sigui cuita i, per tant, espessa, perqu\u00e8 el peix s\u2019hi acabi de coure del tot.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Amb crosta de iogurt<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Fresc, divertit i perfecte per a peixos fets al vapor o bullits. Per cada 250 g de iogurt natural descremat necessitar\u00e0s ratllar la pell de mitja llimona, una mica de coriandre fresc ben picat i pebre al gust. Barreja el iogurt amb la pell de la llimona, el coriandre i el pebre, i fes servir aquesta barreja per coronar el peix, bullit o al vapor. A continuaci\u00f3, posa-ho uns quants minuts al forn i ja ho tindr\u00e0s fet. Aquesta salsa tamb\u00e9 la pots fer servir directament, sense passar pel forn, per acompanyar talls de peix arrebossat. D\u2019altra banda, si els teus fills no detesten l\u2019all, afegeix un parell de grans d\u2019all ben picats a la salsa; quedar\u00e0 d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada cop que fas peix per dinar hi ha un daltabaix familiar?
