Aquest agradable ritual serveix per anar entrant en mat\u00e8ria i escalfar l\u2019est\u00f3mac abans de comen\u00e7ar un bon tiberi. I picar alguna cosa, perqu\u00e8 fer l\u2019aperitiu sense picar no \u00e9s fer l\u2019aperitiu. \u00c9s clar que si ens passem de mida picant, despr\u00e9s estarem massa tips per apreciar els aut\u00e8ntics plats forts de l\u2019\u00e0pat. Aleshores, qu\u00e8 fem? Aperitiu, s\u00ed? Aperitiu, no?<\/p>\n<p>I tant que s\u00ed! Nom\u00e9s has d\u2019escollir propostes que siguin lleugeres i saludables, que s\u2019adaptin a l\u2019estil de la resta de l\u2019\u00e0pat i que no el no desllueixin. Per exemple, si has organitzat un sopar informal, pots comen\u00e7ar amb un aperitiu de peu dret acompanyat d\u2019olives negres confitades amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i orenga, i d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/aperitivos-aceite-de-oliva-y-frutos-secos\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ametlles torrades especiades<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Que prefereixes alguna cosa m\u00e9s elaborada per\u00f2 sense passar-te de la ratlla, llavors decanta\u2019t pel m\u00f3n vegetal. Unes <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/chips-de-alcachofa\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">carxofes xips<\/span><\/a> o un original <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/aperitivos-aceite-de-oliva-y-frutos-secos\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hummus de festucs<\/span><\/a> faran que l\u2019encertis de ple. I si acompanyes l\u2019hummus amb crudit\u00e9s de verdures com la pastanaga i l\u2019api en lloc de amb pa de pita, el convertir\u00e0s en un menjar m\u00e9s lleuger.<\/p>\n<p>Si el que et ve de gust \u00e9s fer un aperitiu elaborat, sorprenent i a taula, et proposem una delicada <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/ca\/5-aperitius-saludables-perque-la-teva-taula-sengalani\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">brandada de bacall\u00e0<\/span><\/a> servida en cassoletes de fang o de pasta fullada (tipus <em>tartelette<\/em>) o vol-au-vents, segons la quantitat de menjar que hagis preparat per despr\u00e9s, i unes broquetes de cues de llagost\u00ed acompanyades d\u2019alguna <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/mahonesa-original\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">maionesa especial<\/span><\/a>: de pera i avellana, mostassa i anet, gingebre\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Per a aperitius improvisats per\u00f2 que resultin atractius, tingues a m\u00e0 uns <a href=\"https:\/\/borges.es\/aperitivos-aceite-de-oliva-y-frutos-secos\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">daus de formatge adobats<\/span><\/a>. Com? Tria el formatge que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi, talla\u2019l en trossos que es puguin ingerir d\u2019una sola queixalada i posa\u2019ls dins d\u2019un pot amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, uns quants pebrots de Caiena i pebre negre o alf\u00e0brega.
