Per\u00f2 alerta, que la recepta final \u00e9s una arma de doble tall: si et passes pots arribar a esguerrar tot el banquet. \u00bfQuants cops, despr\u00e9s d\u2019un bon sopar, no hem donat la culpa d\u2019estar massa tips a aquell past\u00eds que no hagu\u00e9ssim hagut de demanar mai?<\/p>\n<p>Exacte. No es tracta de decidir per endavant amb quines postres de primera volem rematar un \u00e0pat, sin\u00f3 d\u2019estudiar amb seny tot el men\u00fa a fi de trobar quines s\u00f3n les que hi encaixen millor.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas dels \u00e0pats de celebraci\u00f3 copiosos, el m\u00e9s encertat \u00e9s triar receptes fresques i lleugeres, \u00e9s a dir, amb ingredients naturals que ajudin a fer la digesti\u00f3 i no pas que la dificultin. Idees? Aqu\u00ed en teniu tres.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pannacotta de te verd<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>El m\u00edtic flam de nata itali\u00e0 en versi\u00f3 te matxa. Per fer-ne quatre racions necessitarem: 100 ml de llet, una tavella de vainilla, dues cullerades de sucre, dues cullerades de te verd, 350 ml de nata fresca i dos fulls de gelatina. Portem al punt d\u2019ebullici\u00f3 la nata amb la tavella de vainilla; ho retirem del foc i hi afegim el sucre. Hidratem els fulls de gelatina i els hi afegim. Barregem la llet i el te fent servir una batedora i afegim aquesta mescla a poc a poc a la mescla de nata, vainilla i sucre. Ho repartim en motlles individuals i els guardem en fred durant tres hores, pel cap baix.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Past\u00eds Tatin de pinya<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Fina, cruixent i de fruita. Per a quatre persones necessitarem quatre motlles individuals i els seg\u00fcents ingredients: quatre rodanxes de pinya natural, 50 g de sucre roig, una l\u00e0mina de pasta fullada i 50 g de mantega. Desfem la mantega en una paella amb el sucre a foc lent per preparar un caramel i l\u2019aboquem en els motlles, per cobrir-ne el cul. A continuaci\u00f3, traiem el tronc de les rodanxes de pinya i les posem damunt de les bases de caramel. Tot seguit tallem la pasta fullada, en cercles de la mida dels motlles, i la posem damunt de les rodanxes de pinya. Ho enfornem, a 180\u00a0\u00b0C, 25 minuts, i despr\u00e9s deixem que es refredi durant 5 minuts. Per acabar, capgirem el motlles i ja tindrem quatre pastissets Tatin.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Gotets de mascarpone<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Unes postres cremoses que pots servir en gotets individuals i coronar amb fruita fresca: gerds, daus petits de mango o pinya\u2026 Per a la crema de mascarpone necessitarem: 250 g de formatge mascarpone, quatre cullerades de nata l\u00edquida per muntar i sucre roig. Batem en\u00e8rgicament els ingredients fins a aconseguir una barreja que tingui una textura cremosa i ho corregim de sucre fins que trobem el punt que desitgem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No hi ha res com unes bones postres per tancar amb un aplaudiment un \u00e0pat de celebraci\u00f3.
