Parlar del que \u00e9s saludable \u00e9s parlar d\u2019equilibri, i l\u2019equilibri m\u00e9s gran \u00e9s aquell en qu\u00e8 hi cap de tot i tot es compensa.<\/p>\n<p>El nostre cos necessita varietat: vitamines, minerals, prote\u00efnes, hidrats de carboni i greixos. Cada element fa la seva funci\u00f3, \u00e9s insubstitu\u00efble i una car\u00e8ncia s\u2019acaba pagant per dins i per fora. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important tenir idea de com podem incorporar tots aquests nutrients al nostre men\u00fa i assegurar-nos que estem complint amb un prop\u00f2sit saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Doncs b\u00e9, el primer que cal \u00e9s fer, com a m\u00ednim, quatre ingestes al dia. Cinc, si entre l\u2019esmorzar i el dinar passa for\u00e7a estona. \u00c9s recomanable que les tres principals (esmorzar, dinar i sopar) continguin almenys un aliment de cada grup, \u00e9s a dir, vitamines i minerals, prote\u00efnes, hidrats i greixos. A m\u00e9s, l\u00edquid, preferiblement aigua. Entre hores, podem menjar un grapat de fruita seca, un iogurt, una pe\u00e7a de fruita fresca o una mica de pa amb formatge o gall dindi. S\u00f3n opcions adequades per afegir un plus energ\u00e8tic i no arribar devorant el que trobem al dinar o al sopar.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, com aprenem a combinar aquestes racions? Nom\u00e9s cal saber en quins productes trobem aquests elements. Per exemple i en general, les prote\u00efnes en els llegums, ous, carns i lactis; els hidrats en pastes, pa, farines i cereals; les vitamines i minerals en verdures i fruita; i els greixos (saludables) en l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, peix blau, l\u2019alvocat o la fruita seca.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquests petits apunts ja series capa\u00e7 de dissenyar un men\u00fa equilibrat nutricionalment. Que no ens creus? Mira si n\u2019\u00e9s de senzill. Esmorzar: torrades amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i tom\u00e0quet natural + caf\u00e8 amb llet. Dinar: espaguetis amb bolonyesa de gall dindi + fruita. Sopar: truita + amanida + raci\u00f3 de pa.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d\u2019anar combinant els elements per donar a l\u2019organisme el que necessita, sense para bojos, ja que el cos treballa per cicles i no saltar\u00e0 cap alarma d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia si alguna ingesta no cont\u00e9 aliments de tots els grups. Hi ha m\u00e9s accions saludables que conv\u00e9 incorporar al nostres dia a dia: fer tres plats de llegums a la setmana, confiar a principal c\u00e0rrega energ\u00e8tica als carbohidrats, escollir sempre greixos saludables, menjar carn vermella amb moderaci\u00f3 i reduir a consum espor\u00e0dic les temptacions pecaminoses com els dol\u00e7os o les begudes carbonatades. I saps qu\u00e8 m\u00e9s? Moure\u2019s!
