S\u00f3n cardiosaludables, tenen una gran quantitat de ferro i prote\u00efnes, mantenen a ratlla el colesterol, contenen omega-3 i omega-6 \u2015dos \u00e0cids grassos essencials que el cos no produeix per si sol, de manera que els hem de buscar en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3\u2015 i milloren el funcionament del sistema nervi\u00f3s i immunol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<p>Els experts recomanen que mengem un grapat de nous di\u00e0riament, cosa que normalment no encabim en el nostre dia a dia. La beguda de nous \u00e9s una bona manera d\u2019incorporar les nous a la nostra dieta i aprofitar tots els seus beneficis alhora que disfrutem d\u2019una beguda nutritiva, san\u00edssima i vers\u00e0til. I si comencem el dia amb la dosi d\u2019energia que ens aportaran les nous de bon mat\u00ed? Us en donem unes idees.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Porridge<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>\u00c9s la nova moda en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019esmorzars. Unes farinetes cl\u00e0ssiques de flocs d\u2019avena que es mengen a molts pa\u00efsos i que, de sobte, arrasen en la modernor internacional (tant que a Londres han obert un restaurant dedicat exclusivament aquest producte).<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha pocs esmorzars m\u00e9s saludables que el <em>porridge<\/em>, que combina els cereals de l\u2019avena amb altres ingredients al gust i, en aquest cas, un bon bol de beguda de nous. Nom\u00e9s ens hem de preparar un combinat de flocs de civada amb un raig de mel i un grapat de fruits del bosc, posar-hi beguda de nous al gust i escalfar-ho uns minutets al foc o al microones. El resultat \u00e9s un esmorzar delici\u00f3s que ens aportar\u00e0 tots els nutrients que necessitem per comen\u00e7ar el dia amb una energia desorbitada.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Batuts<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Una bona manera d\u2019introduir la fruita en l\u2019esmorzar \u00e9s elaborar un batut, que podrem acompanyar, simplement, amb una bona llesca de pa amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i sal. Es tracta d\u2019escollir la fruita que ens agradi, combinar-la com vulguem (qu\u00e8 et sembla maduixes, ara que n\u2019\u00e9s temporada, i una miqueta de pl\u00e0tan?), batre-ho amb la beguda vegetal de nous i, si som de dol\u00e7, afegir-hi una cullerada de sucre o mel. \u00c9s un esmorzar saludable i molt divertit, que ens permet anar variant de fruites cada dia. A m\u00e9s, en podem prendre per berenar o fins i tot a la nit, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un sopar lleuger i sabor\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Creps<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Aquest esmorzar est\u00e0 reservat per als dies que tenim una mica m\u00e9s de temps i no hem de sortir de casa corrents. Preparar-se unes creps casolanes amb una base de beguda vegetal de nous \u00e9s f\u00e0cil per\u00f2 una mica labori\u00f3s: nom\u00e9s hem de barrejar 125 g de farina de blat, 250 ml de beguda de nous, 2 ous grans, un pessic de sal i una mica de mantega per cuinar-les. Batem els ingredients junts i ho cuinem en una paella amb una mica de mantega.<\/p>\n<p>Podem menjar-les amb sucre, soles o, si tenim un dia inspirat, preparar-nos un plat espectacular: amb verdures, embotit, bolets, ous, formatge fos, fruits secs&#8230; S\u00f3n perfectes per disfrutar de tots els beneficis de la beguda de nous tamb\u00e9 a l\u2019hora del <em>brunch<\/em>.
