Te\u2019n proposem deu:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1. S\u00ed al vinagre de poma<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hi ha gent que cada dia en pren un got petit en dej\u00fa, o una culleradeta abans de cada \u00e0pat, per les propietats digestives, di\u00fcr\u00e8tiques, desintoxicadores i cremadores-de-greixos que t\u00e9. Tamb\u00e9 es pot fer servir per cuinar un munt de plats o per fer vinagretes saboroses i refrescants, perfectes per a les nostres amanides d\u2019estiu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2. Avan\u00e7ar el sopar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Al capdavall, cal rec\u00f3rrer als cl\u00e0ssics; parlem d\u2019aquella dita popular que recomana esmorzar com un rei, dinar com un pr\u00edncep i sopar com un captaire. I si a m\u00e9s aconseguim avan\u00e7ar el sopar a les 19\u00a0h, molt millor. Reduir la ingesta de calories al final del dia i avan\u00e7ar el sopar un parell d\u2019hores \u00e9s una de les millors maneres d\u2019anar perdent, a poc a poc i sense notar-ho, els quilets que ens sobren.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>3. Cinc \u00e0pats al dia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una regla fonamental que ens far\u00e0 arribar amb molta menys gana als \u00e0pats i, per tant, far\u00e0 mengem menys i estiguem menys ansiosos. Una pe\u00e7a de fruita, a mig mat\u00ed o a mitja tarda, una terrina de formatge fresc o qualsevol altre snack saludable s\u00f3n bones idees per matar el cuquet que ens envaeix durant el dia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>4. Exercici diari<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pujar les escales o tornar de la feina caminant s\u00f3n petits gestos que marcaran la difer\u00e8ncia. Adeu<\/strong><strong> a l\u2019alcohol<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Creiem que \u00e9s inofensiu, per\u00f2 la canyeta de mitja tarda, la copa de vi de l\u2019hora de dinar o els c\u00f2ctels dels caps de setmana ens aporten una quantitat innecess\u00e0ria de calories buides que hem d\u2019eliminar com m\u00e9s aviat millor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>6. S\u00ed a les infusions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids \u00e9s una de les grans enemigues de l\u2019operaci\u00f3 biquini, i una de les maneres de combatre-la \u00e9s a c\u00f2pia d\u2019infusions. Tant el te (tamb\u00e9 el <em>matcha<\/em>, delici\u00f3s) com tot tipus d\u2019infusions (digestives, energ\u00e8tiques, etc.) ens ajudaran a eliminar l\u00edquids i a sentir-nos lleugers i feli\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>7. Fibra a dojo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sovint ens sentim inflats perqu\u00e8 la nostra activitat intestinal no \u00e9s la desitjada, aix\u00ed que cal que incorporem m\u00e9s fibra a la nostra dieta. La fruita, les verdures i els productes integrals en tenen. Ha arribat l\u2019hora, per tant, d\u2019apostar pel pa i els cereals integrals; han de ser un dels aliments b\u00e0sics del nostre dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>8. Redescobrir les amanides<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El m\u00f3n de les amanides t\u00e9 tantes possibilitats que no podrem deixar d\u2019experimentar. Llegums, quinoa, superaliments com la col ploma (<em>kale<\/em>), la pasta, els alvocats, els formatge lleugers, les hortalisses, les llavors, els fruits secs, la fruita de temporada\u2026 Tots tenen cabuda en una bona amanida, sempre convenientment preparada amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i crema bals\u00e0mica.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">9. Els gelats, si s\u00f3n de fruita<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I a m\u00e9s, si pot ser, casolans; perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed nom\u00e9s duran llet i la fruita que ens vingui de gust, res m\u00e9s. Si no s\u00f3n casolans i no podem viure sense la nostra dosi de gelat, el millor \u00e9s demanar-los sempre de fruita, molt menys cal\u00f2rics que els gelats cremosos de xocolata, nata o vainilla. Si escollim la terrina i fugim de la versi\u00f3 galeta, molt millor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>10. El secret \u00e9s compensar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Naturalment, alguns dies ens regalarem el caprici d\u2019una paella interminable al costat del mar acompanyada d\u2019unes tapes bon\u00edssimes i unes postres espectaculars. L\u2019ideal \u00e9s compensar-ho el mateix dia amb un sopar lleuger i els dies posteriors reduir la ingesta de calories amb \u00e0pats a base de fruita i verdura.
