Hi ha motius de sobres per incorporar la pasta al nostre dia a dia. En destaquem uns quants:<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u00c9s una font fonamental de carbohidrats<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Les dietes <em>low-carb<\/em> que es van posar de moda fa anys i que els experts han desaconsellat i desaconsellen, van demostrar que la vida sense carbohidrats pot ser molt complicada. Ens aporten l\u2019energia que necessitem per al nostre dia a dia, i activen no nom\u00e9s el nostre cos, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 el cervell. Per aquest motiu, \u00e9s una bona idea afegir pasta al dinar, que ens aportar\u00e0 el combustible necessari per afrontar la resta de la jornada.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>La pasta no engreixa. Al contrari!<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Cal destacar que com m\u00e9s al dente fem la pasta menys mid\u00f3 allibera i, per tant, menys engreixar\u00e0. Molts estudis han demostrat que el consum de pasta \u00e9s garantia d\u2019un estil de vida saludable, ja que aporta hidrats de carboni d\u2019absorci\u00f3 lenta, f\u00e0cilment digeribles, i t\u00e9 un baix contingut en greix. De fet, les calories que aporten 100 grams de pasta s\u00f3n unes 130, el mateix que dues cullerades de mantega o un trosset de formatge.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ai, el formatge!<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Parlant de formatge, sovint culpem la pasta perqu\u00e8 ens pensem que ens engreixa, quan de fet els responsables s\u00f3n la cansalada, la nata, els greixos que utilitzem com a acompanyament i els grapats de formatge ratllat gratinat. Si combinem la pasta amb peix fresc (dauets de tonyina crua, llavors de s\u00e8sam i fruits secs ratllats, per exemple), verdures variades o una vinagreta senzilla, tindrem un plat perfecte: lleuger, saludable, energ\u00e8tic i moderadament cal\u00f2ric.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>M\u00e9s espaguetis i menys Prozac<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Ho diu un estudi publicat a la revista <em>Journal of the American Medical Association<\/em>: una dieta baixa en greixos amb uns nivells alts de carbohidrats s\u2019associa a menors nivells d\u2019ansietat i depressi\u00f3 i influeix en el benestar psicol\u00f2gic. Menjar m\u00e9s pasta i menys lactis i carn, diu l\u2019estudi, ens fa m\u00e9s feli\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Bones digestions<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Per a les persones amb problemes digestius lleus, la pasta \u00e9s una gran aliada, perqu\u00e8 es digereix m\u00e9s lentament que altres menjars. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que el cos t\u00e9 temps d\u2019obtenir-ne tots els nutrients i que, a m\u00e9s, no patirem el cl\u00e0ssic atac de gana poc despr\u00e9s de menjar, com passa amb altres carbohidrats d\u2019absorci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ad\u00e9u al colesterol<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>La pasta no cont\u00e9 colesterol, de manera que \u00e9s fonamental en el dia a dia de les persones preocupades per la seva salut cardiovascular.
