Si la deixem refredar, ser\u00e0 la base ideal per elaborar plats deliciosos i variats, multicolors i molt i molt estiuencs. Aqu\u00ed van alguns suggeriments per treure el m\u00e0xim partit de la pasta freda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Amanida caprese, per\u00f2 de pasta!<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>\nTom\u00e0quets bons (a l&#8217;estiu \u00e9s temporada, aix\u00ed que cal aprofitar-los al m\u00e0xim), mozzarella, alf\u00e0brega fresca, pasta al dente (els farfalle queden molt b\u00e9, i \u00e9s una pasta fina i lleugera) i un bon oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra. Ja tindrem una amanida caprese de pasta, que ens aportar\u00e0 energia, vitamines i antioxidants i ens deixar\u00e0 tips i feli\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Peix cru<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Tonyina o salm\u00f3 crus, que ens aportaran una bona dosi d&#8217;\u00e0cids grassos omega-3, amb una pasta estil fusilli i qualsevol altre ingredient a c\u00f2pia de verdures fresques: pastanagues, remolatxa, raves petits \u2026 Un \u00e0pat nutritiu, complet i sabor\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Amanida de superaliments<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Des d&#8217;algues a kale o alvocat. Tots aquests superaliments combinen estupendament amb la pasta freda, a la qual tamb\u00e9 hi podrem afegir altres superaliments en forma de llavors: des de xia a s\u00e8sam. Aquest plat \u00e9s una bona manera de cuidar-nos per dins i per fora utilitzant la pasta, de sabor neutre i textura contundent, com a base.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Amanida superproteica per a vegetarians<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Una amanida de pasta amb tofu fresc, alvocat i fruita seca, que podem amanir amb una bona crema bals\u00e0mica que li aporti sabor, suposar\u00e0 una injecci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes sense necessitat de menjar carn ni peix. \u00c9s, a m\u00e9s, molt baixa en calories.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Grega<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Pasta, formatge feta, unes bones olives negres i un amaniment d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i, si ens ve de gust, un vinagre bals\u00e0mic que aporti un toc de sabor. Hi podem afegir tamb\u00e9 unes fulles de ruca o canonges i ens sentirem a Gr\u00e8cia mateix.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Pesto<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>No hi ha res m\u00e9s senzill. Una bona pasta al dente i un pesto vermell o verd en funci\u00f3 del que el cos ens demani. Pot funcionar com a plat \u00fanic i \u00e9s sabor\u00f3s, sa i nutritiu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Menys \u00e9s m\u00e9s<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>No cal complicar-se amb receptes rocambolesques per improvisar una amanida de pasta. N&#8217;hi ha prou amb mirar qu\u00e8 ens queda al rebost i utilitzar la pasta com a base. Quan la calor pica i el cos ens demana un menjar minimalista i energ\u00e8tic n\u2019hi ha prou amb uns espaguetis freds amb tom\u00e0quets, pastanaga i, si en tenim, un toc de formatge fresc. Una vinagreta d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i mel li quedar\u00e0 la mar de b\u00e9 a aquest plat tan lleuger i refrescant.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Amb fumats<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>De la mateixa manera que funciona b\u00e9 amb el peix cru, l&#8217;amanida de pasta amb salm\u00f3 o bacall\u00e0 fumats \u00e9s un valor segur. Podem aportar un toc de fruita seca i alguna esp\u00e8cia al gust, com l&#8217;alf\u00e0brega o l\u2019orenga.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">C\u00e8sar de pasta<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Si l&#8217;amanida C\u00e8sar ja sol ser tot un \u00e8xit, encara ho ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s si hi afegim un toc de pasta freda.
