Us donem algunes idees:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Maionesa.<\/strong> <\/span>La varietat arbequina \u00e9s la m\u00e9s suau de totes, amb notes d\u2019ametlla i una dol\u00e7or final molt delicada. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s ideal per elaborar alliolis, maioneses i salses en general, ja que no eclipsar\u00e0 el sabor dels ingredients i aportar\u00e0 una textura melosa i apetitosa, amb un punt dol\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pa amb tom\u00e0quet i oli. <\/strong><\/span>Tant si volem preparar el t\u00edpic pa amb tom\u00e0quet com si disposem d\u2019un pa de qualitat i ens el volem menjar amb un simple raig d\u2019oli (un esmorzar complet i saludable, perfecte per comen\u00e7ar el dia), una bona idea \u00e9s utilitzar la varietat m\u00e9s intensa de totes: la picual. \u00c9s la preferida de molts amants de l\u2019oli: una explosi\u00f3 de sabor i una aut\u00e8ntica delicatessen per als m\u00e9s sibarites.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Gaspatxo i salmorejo. <\/strong><\/span>La varietat hojiblanca cau la mar de b\u00e9 a aquestes sopes fredes, ja que \u00e9s la m\u00e9s afruitada de totes. L\u2019oli m\u00e9s adient per a fregir \u00e9s el de la varietat picual, ja que t\u00e9 cos i \u00e9s extremadament resistent a les altes temperatures.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Arrossos i risottos. <\/strong><\/span>La seva forta personalitat i les seves notes amargues i picants fan que l\u2019oli elaborat amb picual sigui el company ideal d\u2019arrossos, risottos i altres plats amb fonament.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Amanides.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Si no \u00e9s que hem de preparar amanides m\u00e9s complexes, amb ingredients com el foie, els fumats i altres productes de sabor potent, conv\u00e9 tenir sempre a casa una ampolla d\u2019oli de la varietat arbequina, que casa perfectament amb qualsevol amanida, tant si \u00e9s de vegetals com d\u2019arr\u00f2s, pasta, quinoa o llegums. Si l\u2019amanida incorpora algun peix cru (els populars poke, tan de moda), tamb\u00e9 cal escollir la varietat arbequina.
