La falta d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s una de les causes que afavoreixen l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de la temible trombosi, una patologia del sistema circulatori que es produeix quan una vena o art\u00e8ria s\u2019obstrueix per la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019un trombe.<\/p>\n<p>Mantenir la b\u00e0scula a ratlla, fer exercici, aixecar-te de tant en tant de la cadira (aquelles anades a la m\u00e0quina de caf\u00e8 o, qu\u00e8 caram, a xerrar amb un company d\u2019un altre departament) i no fumar s\u00f3n alguns h\u00e0bits que ens ajudaran a prevenir la trombosi. Per\u00f2 i l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3? Qu\u00e8 he de menjar per evitar la trombosi? No pateixis: coses bon\u00edssimes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Visca el suc! <\/strong><\/span>\u2028De maduixa, de taronja, de llimona, de tom\u00e0quet o de pastanaga.
