Cal prendre\u2019n quatre o cinc peces cada dia, com si fossin pastilles per millorar la nostra salut. Verdes, vermelles i grogues, com ens agraden les fruites. Fruites a tort i a dret. Fruites i m\u00e9s fruites! D\u2019acord, per\u00f2 i les dessecades? Panses, orellanes, figues, prunes&#8230; S\u00f3n beneficioses o b\u00e9 s\u00f3n perjudicials per estar deshidratades? Ara t\u2019ho expliquem, per\u00f2 anem per parts, com diria en Jack l\u2019Esbudellador.<\/p>\n<p>Com que tenen poca aigua, concentren m\u00e9s nutrients: minerals ideals per a nens i gent gran, entre els quals predominen el calci (n\u2019hi ha per donar i vendre a les fiques seques i les panses), el potassi i el ferro (orellanes i figues seques), a m\u00e9s de la provitamina A i les vitamines B1 (tiamina), B3 (niacina) i E. Amb un grapat al dia obtindr\u00e0s la raci\u00f3 que cal.<\/p>\n<p>Si t\u2019has posat a dieta, l\u2019efecte saciant de les fruites dessecades ser\u00e0 un bon alia: n\u2019hi haur\u00e0 prou amb menjar-ne poca quantitat per sentir-se tip@. Un estudi cient\u00edfic va demostrar que consumir prunes abans d\u2019un \u00e0pat fa que despr\u00e9s les persones mengin menys.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 ves amb compte, amiguet@: les fruites dessecades tamb\u00e9 poden ser un bon recurs per guanya pes. Quina contradicci\u00f3, no? I aix\u00f2 com es menja? Doncs afegint-ne en alguna recepta \u2015un pur\u00e9, per exemple\u2015, per sumar-hi calories i nutrients sense necessitat que el plat augmenti de volum.<\/p>\n<p>Presenten una elevada quantitat de fibra soluble. Per tant, s\u00f3n laxants i permeten que el sucre es vagi alliberant a la sang poc a poc. Perqu\u00e8 et facis una idea: de cada 100 grams de panses, 5 s\u00f3n fibra, i 18 en el cas de les prunes. Com diu la can\u00e7\u00f3, anir\u00e0s lleuger@ com la brisa, ai, ai, ai\u2026<\/p>\n<p>T\u2019encantaran si ets un llaminer <em>healthy<\/em>, ja que els seus sucres s\u00f3n naturals, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s sa que qualsevol llaminadura amb sucres afegits. Per exemple, si prepares un pur\u00e9 de d\u00e0tils i de panses, obtindr\u00e0s la humitat, el sabor i el color que t\u2019agraden sense necessitat de tirar-hi edulcorants, que aporten massa calories i pocs nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n font d\u2019antioxidants. De fet, un estudi cient\u00edfic assegura que les figues i les prunes seques presenten uns compostos fen\u00f2lics molt beneficiosos per a la salut. \u00c9s a dir, que t\u2019ajuden a viure m\u00e9s i millor.<\/p>\n<p>Els esportistes les aprecien perqu\u00e8 els ajuden a recuperar-se despr\u00e9s d\u2019un esfor\u00e7 intens, i els hipertensos les tenen sempre a l\u2019abast pel seu baix contingut en sodi. Qui t\u00e9 agulletes?<\/p>\n<p>Com que es comercialitzen a trossets petits, com si fossin uns <em>snacks<\/em>, \u00e9s f\u00e0cil fer una queixalada en qualsevol moment del dia i a qualsevol lloc. Fins i tot pots substituir una de les teves peces de fruita di\u00e0ries per una raci\u00f3 de fruites dessecades.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 les pots fer servir en gaireb\u00e9 qualsevol recepta, gr\u00e0cies a la seva versatilitat.
