Tampoc no es tracta de perdre\u2019s els grans tiberis, sin\u00f3 de seguir alguns consells perqu\u00e8 no acabin passant factura a la nostra silueta. Per exemple, mira d\u2019esmorzar fruita durant el per\u00edode de festes: no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s m\u00e9s lleugera i menys cal\u00f2rica, sin\u00f3 que millorar\u00e0 el teu tr\u00e0nsit intestinal. No deixis de fer exercici, inclosos els dies D, ni et passis amb l\u2019alcohol, que engreixa una barbaritat. Redueix el consum de pa, no piquis entre hores i limita els tiberis als dies assenyalats: que no se t\u2019acudeixi esmorzar el torr\u00f3 o els massapans que tens al rebost; reserva\u2019ls no m\u00e9s per a les dates clau.
