El <em>boom<\/em> de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable ens ha portat nous recursos per crear receptes divertides, sanes, nutritives i molt saboroses. \u00c9s el cas d\u2019aquestes tres idees per a postres, equilibrades a m\u00e9s no poder, que uneixen les propietats dels fruits secs i de la fruita dessecada. Un festival de prote\u00efnes, minerals, ferro i sabor a l\u2019abast de la teva m\u00e0 i de la teva butxaca.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Porridge de civada amb nous i canyella<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quatre cullerades de flocs de civada<br \/>\nUn got de beguda de nou<br \/>\nUn toc de canyella en<br \/>\nUn grapat de<br \/>\nUn grapat de fruites<br \/>\nUna cullerada de mel<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Escalfem la beguda de nou en un tup\u00ed fins que comenci a bullir. Afegim els flocs de civada i remenem durant un parell de minuts. Quan quedi com unes farinetes amb una textura grumollosa, apaguem el foc i deixem reposar. Afegim els fruits secs, la fruita dessecada i la mel, remenem i completem amb un toc de canyella en pols.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Smoothie de fruites<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un got de beguda de nou<br \/>\nUn pl\u00e0tan<br \/>\nUn kiwi<br \/>\nUn grapat d\u2019ametlles<br \/>\nUn grapat de nous<br \/>\nUn grapat de fruites dessecades<br \/>\nUn grapat de llavors de xia<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tallem les fruites i les introdu\u00efm en un bol. Afegim la beguda vegetal de nou fins cobrir-les del tot. Completem amb una cobertura a base de fruits secs triturats, fruites dessecades i les llavors de xia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Flam d\u2019ou<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>500\u00a0ml de beguda de nou<br \/>\n140\u00a0g de sucre<br \/>\n5 ous<br \/>\n1 culleradeta d\u2019aroma de vainilla<br \/>\nCaramel l\u00edquid<br \/>\nNata muntada<br \/>\nUn grapat de fruites dessecades<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Escalfem el forn a 180\u00ba\u00a0C. Deixatem els ous juntament amb el sucre i la vainilla i afegim la beguda de nou. Tornem a batre. Col\u00b7loquem la mescla als motlles, on abans haurem tirat caramel l\u00edquid. Posem al forn durant 45 minuts i deixem refredar a temperatura ambient. Un cop freds, guardem els flams al frigor\u00edfic.
