Perqu\u00e8 que no hi ha res m\u00e9s important que la salut. I, com que aquesta entra per la boca, et donem cinc consells d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils perqu\u00e8 et sentis molt m\u00e9s b\u00e9. Ja veur\u00e0s que no et costar\u00e0 gens seguir-los, ja que es tracta de modificar lleugerament els teus h\u00e0bits i aplicar una mica de sentit com\u00fa, que mai no sobra.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1- Menja cinc cops al dia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Menja m\u00e9s sovint, per\u00f2 menys quantitat. En lloc de fer-ho dos cops al dia (n\u2019hi ha que ni tan sols esmorzen) i afartar-te de valent, menja alguna cosa entre hores. Aix\u00ed la teva maquin\u00e0ria digestiva no anir\u00e0 tan for\u00e7ada. Ah, i fes cas de la dita popular: \u201cEsmorza com un rei, dina com un pr\u00edncep i sopa com un captaire\u201d. Ara b\u00e9, sempre seguint una dieta equilibrada: no s\u2019hi val fer trampa i menjar cinc cops al dia per\u00f2 tirant de patates fregides de bossa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2- Compra productes ecol\u00f2gics<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No tan sols tenen molt m\u00e9s sabor, sin\u00f3 que resulten m\u00e9s saludables perqu\u00e8 no porten \u201cadditius\u201d, ja siguin antibi\u00f2tics (en el cas de la carn) o herbicides i pesticides (en el cas de fruites, verdures, llegums i hortalisses). De manera que, com m\u00e9s sa, millor: el teu cos i el teu paladar ho agrairan. M\u00e9s car? S\u00ed, per\u00f2&#8230; alguna vegada t\u2019has preguntat quant val la teva salut?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>3- Beu aigua<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hidratar-se \u00e9s molt important; per aix\u00f2 els experts recomanen beure un parell de litres d\u2019aigua al dia (compte, que aqu\u00ed incloem l\u2019aigua que porten els aliments): uns 30-40 mil\u00b7lilitres per cada quilo de pes d\u2019una persona. De manera que, si peses 70 quilos, hauries d\u2019ingerir 2.100-2.800 mil\u00b7lilitres d\u2019aigua al dia. Un bon consell \u00e9s beure un got d\u2019aigua el mat\u00ed, quan ens acabem de llevar, per activar l\u2019organisme. I a menjar-nos el dia!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>4- No et tallis amb l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i els fruits secs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra \u00e9s un dels productes m\u00e9s saludables que trobar\u00e0s a la cuina. \u00c9s anticancerigen, ajuda a controlar el colesterol, potencia el sistema immunitari, funciona com a antiiflamatori&#8230; En fi, un amor. Va de meravella, per exemple, amb qualsevol amanida (plat <em>healthy<\/em> per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia). Pel que fa als fruits secs, el mateix, si fa no fa: aporten minerals (magnesi, f\u00f2sfor, potassi, calci i ferro), oligoelements (zinc i seleni, amb propietats antioxidants), vitamines, greixos saludables, prote\u00efna vegetal, molta fibra&#8230; I si en menges per picar en lloc d\u2019unes cotnes fregides, o b\u00e9 per matar el cuc entre hores?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>5- Fes esport, per l\u2019amor de D\u00e9u!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mou aquest tros de cos que tens. No es tracta que et facis pols al gimn\u00e0s ni que et preparis per c\u00f3rrer una marat\u00f3, sin\u00f3 de dedicar almenys mitja hora al dia a caminar de pressa, per exemple; o de pujar escales sempre que puguis en lloc d\u2019agafar l\u2019ascensor, o d\u2019anar a peu quan pensaves despla\u00e7ar-te en autob\u00fas.
