Els temps en qu\u00e8 ens queien les ll\u00e0grimes davant d\u2019un plat de bleda bullida i un trist filet de llu\u00e7 al vapor quan intent\u00e0vem guanyar la batalla contra la b\u00e0scula ja s\u00f3n hist\u00f2ria. El sentit com\u00fa ens diu que si una dieta ens fa patir, alguna cosa falla. O sigui que no cal obsessionar-se per perdre quilos a tot drap sin\u00f3 fer-ho a poc a poc i incorporant h\u00e0bits saludables com els que t\u2019indiquem a continuaci\u00f3. Es tracta de petits plaers gastron\u00f2mics que et faran oblidar que est\u00e0s fent dieta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Maced\u00f2nies de fruita.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>A mig mat\u00ed, per berenar, per sopar, per agafar forces a primera hora del dia\u2026 No et tallis, combina fruites de temporada i prepara\u2019t una bona maced\u00f2nia amb un xic de fruita seca triturada. Ser\u00e0 una aportaci\u00f3 deliciosa de fibra, prote\u00efnes, ferro i sucres, i et far\u00e0 oblidar els dol\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Infusions a tothora.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Prova de submergir-te en el meravell\u00f3s m\u00f3n de les infusions. Segurament nom\u00e9s has tastat els cl\u00e0ssics tes i no saps que hi ha infusions gaireb\u00e9 de tot. Prepara-te-les quan tinguis gana, perqu\u00e8 no nom\u00e9s sacien sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n di\u00fcr\u00e8tiques, i algunes, a m\u00e9s, tenen un munt d\u2019antioxidants.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>3- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Formatges de pasta tova.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00bfSaps que els formatges durs poden arribar a engreixar el doble que els de pasta tova? Escull un brie abans que no pas un manxego o una mozzarella abans que un cabrales: no et perdis aquests petits plaers de la vida. Si no n\u2019abuses i en menges de tant en tant, el formatge et far\u00e0 feli\u00e7, i a m\u00e9s, es convertir\u00e0 en un gran aliat per mantenir el f\u00edsic i gaudir d\u2019incomptables receptes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>4- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mariscades perqu\u00e8 m\u2019ho mereixo.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Alerta, el marisc t\u00e9 colesterol, per\u00f2 molt poques calories, aix\u00ed que potser t\u2019acostumar\u00e0s aviat a canviar els espaguetis a la carbonara per un saltat de gambes fresques, o l\u2019hamburguesa amb salsa per un bon bol de musclos amb una patata bullida i un raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva. Fer dieta potser no \u00e9s tan mala cosa\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>5- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Sucs i batuts.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>De fruita, de verdura o amb una base de beguda vegetal de nou. Els <em>smoothies<\/em> seran els teus millors amics quan facis dieta, ja que no nom\u00e9s et saciaran, sin\u00f3 que t\u2019aportaran molta energia\u2026 i a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n bon\u00edssims!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>6- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">S\u00ed a la pasta.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Fer a dieta no vol dir que hagis de renunciar als carbohidrats, tal com recomanen algunes d\u2019aquestes dietes <em>low-carb<\/em> que s\u2019ha demostrat que s\u00f3n nefastes per a la salut. Els carbohidrats, com ara els de la pasta, ens aporten energia, ens sacien i s\u00f3n saludables. \u00bfEt ve b\u00e9 uns <em>penne<\/em> amb salsa de tom\u00e0quet, alf\u00e0brega i un xic de pollastre? \u00bfO potser t\u2019estimes m\u00e9s uns espaguetis amb verdures saltades? Si no abuses dels condiments, la pasta \u00e9s un dinar saludable, vers\u00e0til i lleuger.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>7- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Fruits secs per picar.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00bfEts una d\u2019aquelles persones que aguanta un munt d\u2019hores sense menjar per mantenir la figura? Cras error. Si a mig mat\u00ed et prens una infusi\u00f3 o un suc amb un grapat de fruits secs, quan sigui l\u2019hora de dinar tindr\u00e0s menys gana i acabar\u00e0s menjant menys. Mira de menjar cinc cops al dia, tant si fas dieta com si no. El cos t\u2019ho agrair\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>8- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Bols per llepar-se els dits.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Les combinacions multicolors amb tots els ingredients imaginables seran unes grans aliades per al manteniment del teu f\u00edsic. Amb quinoa, verdura, peix cru, llegums, llavors\u2026 Crea bols al teu gust i porte\u2019n cada dia un de diferent a la feina! Ser\u00e0s l\u2019enveja de tots els que se les veuen negres cada dia davant d\u2019un trist <em>fast food<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>9- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">S\u00ed al pa.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>M\u00e9s amunt d\u00e8iem que els carbohidrats han de ser aliats de la nostra dieta, tamb\u00e9, quan volem perdre una mica de pes. Aix\u00f2 inclou el pa. Les dietes restrictives que ens el prohibien ja han passat: ara els pots escollir d\u2019espelta, s\u00e8gol, cereals, <em>kamut<\/em>, amb llavors, integrals\u2026 Amb una llesca de pa, un raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i una mica d\u2019alvocat pots aconseguir l\u2019esmorzar ideal.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>10- <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">S\u00ed als capricis.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>No se n\u2019ha d\u2019abusar, per\u00f2 fer dieta \u00e9s una cursa de fons: m\u00e9s val saltar-te-la un dia per reprendre-la amb m\u00e9s for\u00e7a que acabar abandonant-la perqu\u00e8 et costa un fotimer.
