Entre jocs i rialles, el nostre cos podia amb tot: mai no ten\u00edem ressaques, pass\u00e0vem els refredats alegrement i desconeix\u00edem el mal d\u2019amors, si m\u00e9s no, en aquesta forma devastadora en qu\u00e8 gaireb\u00e9 tothom, en algun moment de la vida, l\u2019ha conegut despr\u00e9s. Les sopetes que ens feia l\u2019\u00e0via tenen el do de traslladar-nos a l\u2019instant a un lloc on ens sentim segurs, a aquella mena d\u2019\u00fater matern imaginari en qu\u00e8 els problemes no existeixen. \u00bfT\u2019animes a preparar aquestes quatre receptes de sopa a casa? S\u00f3n d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil!<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1- Sopa d\u2019alvocat<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 4 alvocats<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\u00a0l (33,8\u00a0US\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de brou de pollastre<br \/>\n&#8211; Mig gotet de nata<br \/>\n&#8211; Sal i pebre<br \/>\n&#8211; Unes quantes fulles de menta o oli arom\u00e0tic de llimona<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tritura els alvocats amb el passapur\u00e9, afegeix-los al brou de pollastre i posa-ho a bullir. Quan arrenqui el bull, treu-ho del foc, afegeix-hi la nata i deixa-ho reposar durant cinc minuts. Decora la sopa amb quatre fulles de menta o un raig d\u2019oli arom\u00e0tic de llimona.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2- Sopa de ceba<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 2 cebes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\u00a0l (33,8\u00a0US\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de brou vegetal<br \/>\n&#8211; Sal, pebre i nou moscada<br \/>\n&#8211; Dues llesques de pa torrat<br \/>\n&#8211; Dues cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<br \/>\n&#8211; 500\u00a0g (17,6\u00a0oz) de patates<br \/>\n&#8211; Una mica de formatge <em>gruy\u00e8re<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Talla les cebes en anelles, pela les patates i talla-les en trossos. Daura les cebes a la paella amb l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i afegeix-hi les patates. Tan bon punt siguin daurades, afegeix-hi el brou vegetal ja calent i un pessic de nou moscada, sal i pebre. Aboca-hi els 500\u00a0ml d\u2019aigua i deixa-ho coure a foc lent durant mitja hora. Tritura-ho tot amb la batedora, afegeix-hi el pa i el <em>gruy\u00e8re<\/em> i gratina-ho al forn durant 10 minuts.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>3- <\/strong><strong>Sopa de xampinyons<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 500\u00a0g (17,6\u00a0oz) de xampinyons<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ceba<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 gra d\u2019all<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\u00a0l (33,8\u00a0US\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de brou vegetal<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i sal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fregeix la ceba i el gra d\u2019all amb oli d\u2019oliva i a foc lent fins que siguin tendres. Afegeix-hi els xampinyons, a la juliana, i ofega\u2019ls fins que quedin cuits. Ara afegeix-hi el brou de verdures i deixa que bulli durant 20 minuts. Tritura-ho, afegeix-hi una mica de sal i pebre i decora-ho al teu gust, per exemple, amb unes quantes fulles de julivert.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>4- Sopa de verdures<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 1 porro<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ceba<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 gra d\u2019all<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 carbass\u00f3<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cullerada d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<br \/>\n&#8211; 200\u00a0g (7\u00a0oz) de tofu<br \/>\n&#8211; 500\u00a0ml (16,0\u00a0US\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de brou vegetal<br \/>\n&#8211; Sal, pebre i nou moscada<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salta l\u2019all, la ceba i el porro amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra. Salpebre-ho. Afegeix-hi el brou de verdures i deixa que bulli durant 20 minuts. Per un altre cant\u00f3, en una paella, salta el carbass\u00f3 (tallat com si fossin tallarines) i el tofu (tallat en daus petits) amb un xic de nou moscada. Afegeix-hi el brou (amb l\u2019all, la ceba i el porro) i deixa-ho reposar 10 minuts. Ja ho tens.
