Quan l\u2019esmorzar et comen\u00e7a a avorrir \u00e9s el moment de fer un gir a aquest \u00e0pat tan important i introduir opcions noves, originals i saludables, per comen\u00e7ar el dia amb <em>swing<\/em>. I no tan sols perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 bon\u00edssima i t\u00e9 un sabor discret i subtil, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 un got d\u2019aquesta beguda \u00e9s l\u2019equivalent a cinc nous, la quantitat di\u00e0ria recomanada d\u2019aquest fruit sec tan nutritiu. Amb aquest simple gest estar\u00e0s aportant al teu esmorzar carbohidrats, prote\u00efnes, ferro, greixos saludables i minerals com el sodi i el potassi.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Visca l\u2019alvocat!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Arriba la primavera i autom\u00e0ticament ens ve de gust menjar verd. L\u2019alvocat, versatilitat pura, \u00e9s una gran opci\u00f3 per incorporar a la dieta els greixos saludables. Qu\u00e8 et sembla un pa integral amb unes rodanxes d\u2019alvocat, una mica d\u2019algun formatge que t\u2019agradi, oli d\u2019oliva i unes llavors de s\u00e8sam al damunt? Per aprofitar tots els seus nutrients i treure\u2019n el m\u00e0xim partit, una bona opci\u00f3 \u00e9s preparar-te batuts i comen\u00e7ar el mat\u00ed amb energia. Maduixes, cireres, nespres, prunes, albercocs, nabius&#8230; Fes-te un bon batut amb beguda de nou i ja veur\u00e0s quin bon comen\u00e7ament de dia!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Rebosteria casolana healthy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Segur que els amants de la cuina gaudiran d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s introduint-se en el m\u00f3n dels dol\u00e7os casolans lliures d\u2019ous, sucre o farines refinades. Si ja domines la rebosteria cl\u00e0ssica (des de past\u00eds de pastanaga fins a <em>brownie<\/em> o past\u00eds de formatge) \u00e9s el moment d\u2019investigar les seves versions alternatives. Pots comen\u00e7ar substituint la farina de blat per la de cigrons, per exemple, o la llet per beguda de nou i el sucre per uns d\u00e0tils. Existeixen molt\u00edssimes receptes, segur que trobar\u00e0s la teva!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Llarga vida als bowls!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La irrupci\u00f3 de fruites de primavera ens convida a comen\u00e7ar el dia amb uns deliciosos i saludables bols. Pots escollir les fruites que vulguis i, a partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, imaginaci\u00f3 al poder! Afegeix-hi fruits secs, llavors, iogurt, cereals integrals&#8230; o beguda de nous! Munta\u2019t un bol a mida, nutritiu, sa i que, sens dubte, entrar\u00e0 pels ulls!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, sempre<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Una altra bona idea per innovar als esmorzars \u00e9s tornar als or\u00edgens, com aquell pa bo (assegura\u2019t que sigui integral, ja que els seus hidrats de carboni d\u2019absorci\u00f3 lenta et mantindran saciat durant m\u00e9s temps) amb un bon raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, un xic de sal i, si et ve de gust, unes rodanxetes de tom\u00e0quet, tamb\u00e9 de temporada.
