De manera que el seu aspecte, el seu sabor i la seva textura tenen poca cosa a veure amb els de la ufanosa fruita fresca. Aix\u00ed que la pregunta que hem fet \u00e9s for\u00e7a recurrent, per\u00f2 la resposta \u00e9s invariable: s\u00ed, la fruita dessecada mant\u00e9 les seves propietats. I durant m\u00e9s temps, perqu\u00e8 no es fa malb\u00e9 tan f\u00e0cilment com la fresca.<\/p>\n<p>Com que gaireb\u00e9 no t\u00e9 aigua, els nutrients de la fruita dessecada es concentren molt m\u00e9s, i el que m\u00e9s augmenta en proporci\u00f3 s\u00f3n els hidrats de carboni, sobretot els sucres simples, com la fructosa i la glucosa. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, la fruita deshidratada proporciona una bona dosi d\u2019energia, ja que una raci\u00f3 d\u2019entre 25 i 50 grams aporta entre 50 i 70 calories \u2014les panses, les figues i les prunes superen aquesta mitjana, ja que s\u00f3n les varietats m\u00e9s cal\u00f2riques.
