Per\u00f2, en canvi, els evites perqu\u00e8 creus que engreixen molt i et vols mantenir en el teu pes. O vols perdre uns quilets i per aix\u00f2 penses que no en pots consumir cada dia.<\/p>\n<p>Doncs ens alegrem de dir-te que t\u2019equivoques. S\u00ed, els fruits secs s\u00f3n cal\u00f2rics, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 no vol dir que no siguin saludables. I com que s\u00f3n saludable, s\u2019han d\u2019incloure en una alimentaci\u00f3 variada i sana.
