Apunta: arr\u00f2s, pasta, quinoa, cusc\u00fas, llenties, cigrons, coliflor, patata&#8230; Hi ha mil possibilitats per a la base, que es pot complementar amb tota mena de fruites, verdures i hortalisses. Acompanya el banquet amb una mica de prote\u00efna com ara peix o carn a la planxa.
