Per\u00f2 la tradici\u00f3 dicta prendre\u2019l amb l\u2019aperitiu, sobretot en cap de setmana, quan no tenim cap pressa per comen\u00e7ar a dinar i, per qu\u00e8 no, podem allargar la sobretaula.<\/p>\n<p>Acostumem a acompanyar el vermut amb conserves, olives i <em>snacks<\/em>, per\u00f2 per qu\u00e8 hem de picar sempre el mateix si les possibilitats son tan variades? Val m\u00e9s deixar volar la imaginaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8, diumenge rere diumenge, els nostres aperitius siguin originals i diferents.<\/p>\n<p>Per acompanyar els musclos, els seitons, les anxoves o, si no ens estem de res, les croquetes o els calamars, va de meravella la fruita seca, perfecta per als aperitius dominicals. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Potser una mica de blat de moro cruixent i sabor\u00f3s, a m\u00e9s de saludable? O un grapat de nous? I unes ametlles crues? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Encara millor: si pensar en totes aquestes et fa venir salivera, qu\u00e8 et sembla una mescla de fruita seca fregida i salada, elaborada amb oli d\u2019oliva i, per tant, san\u00edssima i bona a m\u00e9s no poder?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9s cert que avui dia el vermut es pot prendre a l\u2019hora que sigui.
