La dieta \u00e9s superimportant a tots els moments del dia, per\u00f2 a l\u2019hora de sopar \u00e9s molt t\u00edpic deixar-se anar: arribes a casa sense forces despr\u00e9s d\u2019un dia dur a la feina. Tens poques ganes de cuinar i acabes menjant qualsevol cosa. Doncs no, no ho facis. Sopa b\u00e9. Sopa la quantitat justa. Sopa sa. I sense complicacions. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">El proposem un exemple de sopar saludable.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Una amanida<\/span><\/strong> per fer boca. Els ingredients, els deixem a la teva elecci\u00f3. Pots preparar la t\u00edpica d\u2019enciam-tom\u00e0quet-ceba o b\u00e9 alguna altra de m\u00e9s elaborada, amb ingredients m\u00e9s variats o ex\u00f2tics. Per\u00f2 amaneix-la sempre, sempre amb un bon oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i\/o un bon vinagre (bals\u00e0mic o de poma, per exemple). Llarga vida al vegetal!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Una raci\u00f3 de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">pasta<\/span> <\/strong>\u2015espaguetis, <em>farfalle<\/em>, <em>fusilli<\/em>, <em>penne rigate<\/em>\u2026\u2015 saltada amb fruites de closca o amb verdures de temporada. Sabors universals. O potser hi ha alg\u00fa a qui no agradin aquests plats?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Per postres, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">fruita<\/span><\/strong>. Vitamines, vitamines, vitamines. Si vols sofisticaci\u00f3, munta unes broquetes o prepara una maced\u00f2nia amanida amb menta i perles de cacau pur. Imaginaci\u00f3 al poder!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Unes <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>nous<\/strong><\/span> per rematar el sopar i tenir cura del teu cor i de la teva salut. O com a <em>topping <\/em>del teu iogurt de rigor.
