Sents que no has parat ni un minut des de l\u2019hora de llevar-te? Aquells dies en qu\u00e8 necessites amb urg\u00e8ncia un moment per a tu, no hi ha res com regalar-te una estona de <em>mindfulness<\/em> en arribar a casa i abans de continuar amb la jornada.<\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot, posem-nos c\u00f2modes: descordem cinturons, fora sabates i afluixem corbates. Respirem fondo, ens posem una m\u00fasica o un <em>podcast<\/em> que ens agradi, deixem el m\u00f2bil i les pantalles ben lluny i ens preparem un berenar <em>delicatessen\u00a0<\/em>i sa: qu\u00e8 et sembla un iogurt grec ben crem\u00f3s amb maduixes, encenalls de xocolata i un grapat de nous? Degusta\u2019l amb calma mentre et concentres en la teva respiraci\u00f3 i gaudeixes del moment. Quan acabis, dedica una estona a algun passatemps, des de fullejar una revista fins a fer alguna manualitat que et relaxi.<\/p>\n<p>Ah! I abans de seguir amb el tr\u00e0fec del dia, i un cop ja h\u00e0gim donat al cos el relax que li calia, qu\u00e8 et sembla una mica de moviment?
