Cont\u00e9 \u00e0cids grassos monoinsaturats (\u00e0cid oleic), vitamina E (antioxidant), fitosterols (redueixen el colesterol) i compostos fen\u00f2lics (antioxidants). S\u00f3n molt\u00edssims els estudis cient\u00edfics que avalen els seus beneficis per a la salut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; Tira de fruita de closca. Ho diu l\u2019OMS!
